Inconjunct Signs often feel a significant amount of magnetic attraction to one another, but struggle to find the reason behind it. They are of “uncomplimentary” elements, and different modalities. These two are quite different, and this often requires some adjustments for both individuals.

Duplicated & Intercepted Houses

The Twelve sections of the Zodiacal band, from which the Zodiac Signs are based, are all the same size – 30 degrees. The Houses, however, vary in size. As we go closer to the North and South Poles, the Zodiac Band moves lower in the sky. This causes some of the Houses to warp in size, which can lead them to encompass more space, and even contain an entire zodiac sign within one house.  

When a Sign is completely enclosed in a House, it is considered “Intercepted.” Since the Natal Chart is symmetrical, when there is an Intercepted Sign, its Opposite Sign is also Intercepted.

When we have Intercepted Signs in our Houses, we also have Duplicated House. This is when two different House both begin in the same Sign. If one Sign is Duplicated, it’s Opposite Sign is also Duplicated.

The Intercepted Signs show a blockage; the qualities of that sign struggle to be expressed. Intercepted Signs work as pairs – Opposite Signs work as a team. With Intercepted Signs, that link is being blocked, and the Signs struggle to balance one another.

To deal with Intercepted Signs, we look at our Duplicated Signs. Duplicated Signs cover extra territory, and therefore are more influential since they cover more areas of our life. They show the departments where we are stronger, and where things come to us more easily.

Stelliums

A Stellium is when four or more planets fall within one house. As one would imagine, having many planets in one house leads to an abundance of energy affecting the activities and affairs the house rules over. This sometimes leads to the individual becoming obsessively focused on those activities. The individuals time and focus in consumed by this house. In order to counteract it, we look at the opposite house, as this grants the individual awareness that there is a choice and helps prevented them from getting lost in the congested house.

2.DEFOCUS - opposing influence or enhancing power for the current problem / situation / reason for reading

3.ADVICE - what obstacles person must win over to continue on his way (focusing on realization of 11.NEAR FUTURE card)

4.SPIRIT REALM - spiritual opposing influence or enhancing power, something that person hasn’t under control; beings, deceased, curses, occult influence…

5.PAST KARMA - is something dragging from the past life into the current
