So Michelle’s been posting the WIPs of the comic pages on her patreon so at least we know the comic hasn’t gone dark. I cant wait to see what’s going to happen next I’ve been on the edge of my seat for the past 5 months. I do hope we at least get a word before she starts posting again if she’s doing well because her mental health should always come first.
i’m not surprised at michelle’s behavior. I met her at anime nyc and I bought two of her prints I was saying how I’ve been a big fan of the comic for years and she didn’t really say anything. The person with her did most of the transaction. I wasn’t expecting pure joy I get cons can be tiring but not even a thank you for supporting??
This isn’t about how me or anyone else is “entitled” to a free comic it’s just some common courtesy. If she can’t draw for whatever circumstance that is 100% okay but it’s a bit rude to disappear for 5 months unannounced and no date of return.

My congratulations to Michelle Czajkowski - creator of the webcomic <Ava’s demon>. About six years have passed since I stumbled upon this story and it sunk into my soul. I learned a lot by looking at those beautiful frames. Now I can’t imagine my life without this comic. <Ava’s demon> has become part of my life, so I wish the person who created it only good and positive things. @latinxmememaster this is your secret Santa! You said you liked fairytales so I did the story of snowwhite. I hope you like it! It’s the story of Snow White, where the huntsman is sent by the evil queen to kill her young daughter, but is overwhelmed with her kindness and can’t bring himself to do it.
Trivia
- the queen is Wrathia, obviously
- the box for the young princess’s heart is Ava’s drawer
- in the background you can see Aidenfell’s missing sun
- Odin is still wearing his mother’s ring, and his knife hilt also has the ring
- their poses are based on an old German painting
- the flowers are the ones we see in Odin’s dream
