i think the worst part about being me by far is the insatiable sheer longing. sure there's the buried, unprocessed trauma and whatever else but i could deal with that if i didn't feel so alone all the time. i just want to be around people who care about me, to just. fucking physically exist around other people generally, even. i'm so tired of pretending i'm not this desperate for connection, like i'm not just a lost cause

i can't even feel sad about how distant i am for more than a second without immediately dissociating, but that's the only thing that keeps me from falling apart at any given moment anyways so what's fucking new

mental/fatigue has been rough but i only spent some of today in bed and i'll take that as a win, i'm managing the best i can
