His other arm finds its way around the archer’s waist, pulling him closer as he all but curls around him. Leaning down, the trickster nosed along his jawline, mouthing at his neck.

A grin found its way onto the trickster's face as he cupped his bird's chin, eyes lulling some.

Sneaking up on an assassin is usually ill-advised and almost sure to end in grievous bodily harm, but that seems to be exactly what he’s doing.
This is the sort of thing he's all but programmed for. It's been ingrained into his system, into the hawk's body, and so the very moment he can feel the hairs on the back of his neck rise at the intruder's slow descent, roughened fingers reach for the knife always hidden in his coat-- only he doesn't, having left it at home. Goddamnit. He can make do unarmed, at least.
Once the intruder's close enough, he's quick to react-- his elbow rams back until he can feel it digging into the other's abdomen, and he turns with an assassin's grace, all but hurling them to the ground. Legs braced over shins, hands pinning wrists to the floor, his mind races, searching for any points of weakness.
Blinking, sharp blue eyes focus on the intruder's face. After a moment, Falcon grins widely.
— ” ... Well 'ey, Leo! How y'been?~ “

With a little chuckle, he steps closer to the archer, and without warning enfolds him in a tight embrace, all but curling around him. A purr rumbles in his chest as he noses at the top of his head.

Shadow plunged her sword deep in the back of the man in front of Loki, the sword poking through to the other side before she pulled it back out and the large man fell to his knees then the ground. She lifted her eyes to the would be king and arched a brow. "Thought you could use a hand." [hope you dont mind a random starter <3 ]

Brushing himself off, the trickster chuckled, twirling his finger in the air. Tendrils of arcane green and gold circled around him, repairing torn cloth from his little scuffle. It seems a stance of pacifism didn’t entirely work well in this dimension. Good to know. Regarding the girl, he bowed lowly, his grin all but matching his namesake.
~~ ” But I do owe you thanks, my dear. “
She wiped the blade on the bottom of her victim’s shirt tails, cleaning the sharp blade with a gentleness often showed to lovers or maybe children. After all, her sword was the only protection she had in these parts.
She regarded the man with interest, snickering as he bowed to her.
"No need to bow," she told him grinning childishly and lightly, "I’m just a thief. And if I thought you had the upperhand I would have let him knock you on your arse," she commented smartly.
~~ ” Ah, but there always is a reason to bow to a savior. “
Standing tall and proud once more, Chess clasped his hands behind his back, regarding her with a sharp, verdant gaze. A skilled warrior for her age, so it seemed. Ruthless, as well, to have so swiftly taken a life-- and for a stranger, no less. How fascinating. Chuckling quietly, he took a step closer to her.
~~ ”Thief, warrior-- a title is what you make of it. After all, the victor is the one who changes history. Now, may I have a name to regard you properly?“

A chuckle rumbling in his throat, the trickster wrapped his arms around the Infinity Stone and hugged her close, resting his head atop hers. He all but purred, nosing at the top of her head happily.

"How could I forget you ?!” It’s a childish smile gracing her features, arms wrapped tightly around the other in a joyous embrace
Perhaps he was a tad surprised by her statement, but he was quick to place his smile back on his face as he held her close.

Hope’s curls bounced slightly as he patted her head, her eyes squinting in the way a cat’s would when you pet them on the head. "If I prayed to you, would you come?" She asked curiously. She had missed him terribly, if simply praying was all it took than she wpuld do it more often. "I’ve been busy with school, nothing fascinating."
~~ ” Mm... Perhaps. I'm quite the fleeting thing. But take comfort in knowing your prayers would not go unheard. “
And with his signature grin, Chess clasped his hands behind his back, head tilted just slightly.
~~ ” Aah, schooling. I had been schooled once-- or perhaps an infinite amount of times, in multiple lives-- that aside, I find it quite fascinating. “
