Alright my lovelies. Time for a blog overhaul. I love Aravas, I love writing as her. I love my blog. So, in an effort to breathe life back into it, I will be redoing my theme, clearing out some drafts, and unfollowing those who seem to want nothing to do with me. This may sound crass and rude, but I don’t want this blog to turn out like all the rest of mine. If you want to keep in contact and continue writing, either send me a message/IM here or on skype.

Hiatus Notice

Okay everyone, I really hate to do this, but it has been on my mind as of late. I am putting this blog on Hiatus. I work retail, and during the holiday season I work up to 40 hours a week, leaving me with two days to spend with my husband and friends, and try to keep in touch with my family. It’s hard to run two blogs on that kind of time. It may just be my stress, but it feels like no one has much interest in Aravas lately. Which is fine, honestly. Muses come and go. My skype will be available to anyone who wants it, just send me an ask about it. Hopefully I can get back on this blog around January. See you all then!

alright, a quick word of thanks: when i started this blog in march, i had no idea of what was going to be coming to me. none of it. the good, the bad, the terrible, the fantastic. my experiences here have varied - as most things do - but despite this, my muse for bull has yet to flee. every time i come back to writing him, it just feels right to me, like it was something i was meant to do. i had no expectations of myself or others when i began and yet here we are, seven or eight months later, with two revamps, three clean ups, and a whole lot of fucking work. i could not be more grateful to have such a supportive and encouraging group of people with me through all of it. from the people i admire, those i’m exceptionally close to, the folks i’ve only conversed with once or twice – you are all important to me. thank you so much. before i get on to the list, i want to apologize if i’ve forgotten folks. as it happens, i might end up adding people later on.

I apologize for my absence! I work retail, so it gets crazy around the holidays, which means a very tired and exhausted Jen. I am so open to Skype roleplays or IM roleplays. Truthfully it would be easier for me to respond to, considering my fibromyalgia has been kicking my ass and I just slump into bed most days. I also have this asshole Angel of Death kinda taking my attention. But do not fret!! Aravas is not going anywhere anytime soon. I will try to get to some drafts tomorrow my dears <3 

In the meantime, let me know if you would like my Skype or just want to pop into my IM for roleplays. I encourage it.

what do you mean, i made this graphic in less than 15 minutes. what do you mean, that’s lazy. what are you talking about

so today (at least, in terms of this blog) is a bit of a special day for me – as it was exactly one month ago, on october 18th, that i decided to throw all caution to the wind and make a blog for cullen rutherford (or as i’ve so fondly nicknamed him, ser ramen-noodle). when i had his blog up and running, i didn’t know what to expect, or how i/my portrayal of cullen would be received, and frankly, i was a bit nervous. but here we are now, a month later – and not only have i gained over two-hundred followers (either by some stroke of luck, or by you guys getting lost on your way to a better-quality blog), i’ve also had a lot of fun and revived a lot of writing muse that, for the longest time, i thought was forever lost. i’ve wanted to play as cullen for a very long time, and frankly, i’m glad that i decided to make him when i did. it’s been a blast, and i have only you guys and your wonderful selves to thank! hence, this follow forever/bias list/whatever you’d prefer to call it.

it’s not much, but i wanted to make this to give a special shout-out to those that have made my time here especially notable/worthwhile. whether we’ve spoken ic or ooc, you should know that you’ve made playing cullen that much more fun for me, and that i’m thankful to have you on my dash & to call you a friend! ♥ if you’re not on this list, please don’t take offense; i love and appreciate all of my followers, but i’m utilizing this space to thank the people that, i feel, have had the most impact on me so far (and tbh, i might have forgotten people in the process of making this list). also, these are listed in the order that they came to mind/there’s no meaning to where anyone is placed on the list.
