Woke up at six, made coffee walked the dog went for a swim walked the beach and thinking of doing some painting.

My caseworker just send a mad email about me not doing good enough with selling myself in job emails even though i told her thats something i find fucking hard a million times and have no idea how to do and now i want to puke my guts out and im not even happy not working and having no money and i feel like im failing at being a human and i just want someone to fucking want me and help me and wtf do i do!? I cant work 34 hours i don’t have any experience
