A few, maybe poorly chosen words from me before I disappear into my sleepless void again (i have slept 60h these past 4 weeks yaaaaaaaay):

TEENAGERS CAN BE FU**ING AWFUL, MEAN AND STUPID.

They can treat themselves, and others badly. Even when they have good grades, good and loving family, safe and secure and healthy, they can end up doing bad shit and acting in ways that are unacceptable and can be for reasons very far away from bad parenting or troubled mental health.  They might realize it and try to mend their mistakes or ways. Sometimes they had to be told it’s wrong, and then fix it, or don’t.  They can be entitled, arrogant and impulsive.  Of course, adults can be this way too, but this is about how teenagers can be so goddamn scary!!

I went to see a doctor, a physiotherapist to be precise, because that’s what was recommended to me. He just told me he couldn’t find any reason for my restless legs, nothing related to my back-pain anyway.  Of course, at the time I was very tired and I always get flustered and ramble a lot when at the doctors, so I didn’t question why he didn’t send me to take any blood-samples when we know I’ve suffered different deficiencies in the past that can cause the restless leg. He just told me to keep doing what I have been doing (stretches and exercises that only deal with the sensation while I’m doing them) sent me to a specific doctor who just helps you “deal with things” (pain, sleeplessness, anxiety etc).  And now that I’ve had proper time to process, I’m pissed.  I don’t want to accept this until we’ve eliminated the things it could possibly be! So I’ve made an appointment for a phone call with a doctor to try and make them give me a time to leave blood-samples and check the values in it. 

So...no improvement yet...

I fear I'll have to call a temporary semi-hiatus.

Whatever it is that's causing my restless legs and back pain, it's enough to make me sleep about 2 hours a night and making me unable to sit still. I can't rest because of my leg. I don't have the energy to do anything because I can't rest.

I can't focus, my creativity is at the bottom.

I'll be seeing a doctor this Tuesday, hopefully he can help me figure out what's up and maybe get me something to help me sleep.

Until then, I'm afraid you might not see much of me. I have some replied drafted and qeued and I will try to reply to messages best can. But I won't be on too much.

I'll see you when I can sleep and sit still for 15 minutes straight again. Love you. Stay safe.
