Really excited to announce the opening of my new photography studio, Doris. Its named after my awesome grandma who helped raise me to be as creative and free as I want to be, always pushing me to be the best me possible. She was an inspiration, painting till her last days, even when mostly blind. Writing regularly, cooking great food and being a bit of a punk throughout her life (smuggling food across enemy lines, getting kicked out of school, moving a family across the ocean with no money and no plan, the usual). Anyways, if you’re in Vancouver and need to do a shoot, this space has two 1000 sq foot shooting spaces, one with natural light (pictured) and one with a built in cyc wall. Tons of character, great vibes, and a benevolent spirit making sure you do your absolute best. Check it out: Vancouver’s newest photo studio, Doris.
