Life’s too short to be predictable and boring.
If you write, you are a writer. Your writing doesn't have to be perfect. Writing is all about self-expression.

The Sabbath state in Neville Goddard’s teachings is the state of restful confidence and peace that comes when you have fully accepted the fulfillment of your desire in imagination. It’s the moment you no longer feel the need to strive, affirm, or question because you know it’s done. You’re at rest, just as God rested on the seventh day after creation.
In this state:
⟡ There’s no more resistance. You no longer feel anxious or worried about whether your desire will come to pass because you’ve internalized its truth.
⟡ You live in the end. You already see yourself as the person who has what they want. It feels normal and natural to you.
⟡ You feel relief and gratitude. There’s an inner calm, knowing it’s yours, even if the 3D hasn’t caught up yet.
⟡ You stop obsessing. You don’t need to affirm excessively, check the 3D for evidence, or micromanage the process.
How to Enter the Sabbath State:
1. Assume it’s done: Imagine the fulfillment of your desire until it feels real. Accept it as fact in your mind.
2. Let go of the struggle: Stop trying to “make it happen” in the 3D. Trust your inner conviction.
3. Rest in faith: Know that the 3D will eventually conform. Your only job is to persist in your inner knowing.
The Sabbath state is powerful because it allows you to manifest from a place of certainty and ease, rather than desperation or neediness. It’s the ultimate form of “letting go” while still living in the end.
Neville Goddard discusses the Sabbath state in several of his lectures and books, particularly in “Your Faith is Your Fortune” and his lecture “The Sabbath.”
Key Texts Where Neville Explains the Sabbath State:
1. “Your Faith is Your Fortune” (Chapter: Sabbath):
• Neville describes the Sabbath state as the mental and emotional rest you enter when you have fully accepted your desire as fulfilled.
• He emphasizes that the Sabbath is not tied to a specific day of the week but is a state of being where you cease all effort to make your desire come true because you know it is already done.
• “The Sabbath is the day of stillness wherein there is no working. It is the day you rest from your labor. It is an inner stillness wherein you feel ‘It is finished.’”
2. Lecture: “The Sabbath”
• Neville expands on the Sabbath as the moment you stop desiring and start living in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
• He explains that the Sabbath is a time of joy and confidence, free from doubt or striving.
• “The Sabbath is the state of joyous rest. You enter it when you feel the thrill of being the one you desire to be, when the work is finished and you walk in the end.”
3. “The Law and the Promise”:
• While he doesn’t explicitly use the term Sabbath here, Neville reiterates the concept of resting in the fulfillment of your desire and trusting that it’s done.
Core Concepts of the Sabbath State:
• Mental and Emotional Rest: The Sabbath state is a deep sense of peace and certainty. You no longer need to affirm, visualize, or convince yourself—it feels natural.
• Living in the End: The Sabbath is when you fully embody the feeling of your desire fulfilled, without effort or struggle.
• Confidence and Detachment: You trust the process so completely that you stop obsessing over your manifestation.
When you are in the Sabbath state, it means that the “movie” of your reality has already been recorded and the ending has already been determined — and at that ending, your desire is a fait accompli. Everything that happens in 3D now is just the projection of that movie, unfolding naturally to lead you to your desire.
Neville describes this as a state of total trust and rest because, the moment you feel that the desire is already yours, the inner work is complete. Manifestation is no longer a possibility, but an absolute certainty.
You don’t need to worry about the “how” or “when,” because you already know the outcome. Even if the scenes in between (the current 3D) seem to contradict each other, that doesn’t change the ending of the movie.
Think of it this way: If the movie has already been edited and finished with you achieving your desire, it’s only a matter of time until each scene is shown. In this state, you:
౨ৎ Stop struggling: You don’t try to “make it happen” because you know it has already happened. • Trust the flow: Scenes that seem challenging are part of the narrative and do not change the ending.
౨ৎ Maintain certainty: No matter what comes up in 3D, you know that the outcome is guaranteed.
The Sabbath is then the state of “I know it is already mine.” Manifestation is inevitably on its way because the “recording” already includes what you want.
convince yourself
manifestation is convincing yourself that nothing limits you and coming to terms with the fact that you are everything and nothing at the same time.
take my point...
everything that is reflected in the external world had a beginning in the internal world - this is a one-way road, which always begins in us as an assumption and ends up materializing externally.
everything is an assumption and every assumption has an answer(prayer) because that is how the law works - this is how your world is created.
it took me a while to understand it, but i swear to you all that convincing myself and trusting myself made everything so easy.
don't look for another method, don't wonder what you are doing wrong, don't expect change just be the change, convince yourself that you already have what you want and then just observe the outside world with the knowledge that you created it.
your one task is to CONVINCE yourself and TRUST to yourself that what you desire is already fulfilled - without actually having it in the outside world you MUST assume that your wish has been fulfilled and YOU ALREADY HAVE IT.
don't expect, don't look, don't wonder when how and where, just CONVINCE YOURSELF that you already have it.
and that's it. convince yourself, trust yourself, test yourself and live your desire.
as above, so below.
Stop settling for less. Stop accepting things that are not serving you. Stop accepting things that do not contribute to your mental well-being. You deserve all the best. You just need to convince yourself that you do. Let go of the beliefs that are telling you otherwise. Living a happy and fulfilled life is your birthright.
🪷 Unspoken Facts About the Void State 🍃
1. The Void State and Neuroplasticity
While many people focus on the metaphysical aspects, the void state may have a direct link to neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to rewire itself. The deep focus and detachment from external stimuli in the void can enhance your brain's capacity to form new neural pathways. This means that being in the void isn’t just about manifesting; it’s literally reshaping your mind to align with your desires on a neurological level (and even on a molecular/genetic level).
2. The Void’s Connection to Deep Sleep and Healing
The void state shares similarities with the brain activity observed during non-REM sleep, particularly in stages of deep rest. In this state, your body undergoes repair, and your brain consolidates memories. This suggests that entering the void might accelerate healing processes, as the state mimics the restorative effects of deep sleep while maintaining conscious awareness. Similar to meditation and hypnagogic states.
3. Time Perception in the Void
While in the void, many report losing track of time, but this isn't just a mental trick—it’s tied to how your brain processes sensory input. The void eliminates external stimuli like light, sound, and touch, which are essential for your brain’s internal clock. Without these cues, your sense of time becomes fluid, making hours feel like minutes or vice versa.
4. The Void and Quantum Coherence
The void state aligns intriguingly with concepts in quantum physics, particularly quantum coherence. In quantum systems, coherence describes a state where particles exist in a superposition of possibilities. Similarly, the void state places your mind in a "superposition," where you are simultaneously detached from reality yet capable of accessing infinite possibilities.
5. Entering the Void and Brainwave Frequencies
The void state is strongly associated with theta and delta brainwave states. Theta waves are linked to creativity, intuition, and deep meditation, while delta waves are tied to deep sleep and healing. The unique blend of these brainwaves during the void allows for heightened subconscious access and profound stillness simultaneously. Which is why it is recommended to use these frequencies!
6. Sensory Deprivation and the Void
The void state mirrors the effects of sensory deprivation. When external stimuli are lost, the brain compensates by enhancing internal awareness. This is why many people experience heightened clarity, vivid imagery/mental images, or even sensations of "oneness" while in the void. Essentially, your mind becomes the primary sensory environment and why you lose all of your senses.
7. The Void’s Link to Embryonic Consciousness
Some spiritual theorists compare the void state to the consciousness experienced in the womb. This hypothesis suggests that the void may feel so “pure” because it reflects the state of pre-birth awareness—where one exists in complete with nothingness and infinite potential. This also refers to pure consciousness being your home that you always return to.
8. The Void and Ego Dissolution
A lesser-discussed aspect of the void is its role in ego dissolution. In the void, your sense of self—the “I”—disappears. This detachment from ego allows you to manifest without the usual doubts, fears, or biases that come with personal identity, creating a direct connection between intention and reality. Hence the affirmation "I am" as there's nothing to become, only to "be".

“When we flee our shadow, we flee ourselves.
It's not all light in there, of that we can be sure.
And that shadow that we fled with all our might, doesn't go away.
It waits around the next bend to trip us up and to remind us that it wants to be seen.
Not because it wants us to suffer, but because it wants us to heal.
Because it wants us to grow. Our shadows aren't the enemy. Our resistance is.”
