Antidepressants: citalopram to Prozac

I've been on and off citalopram for years. Citalopram side effects suck. Getting worse before you get better can be the tipping point. After refusing to take citalopram anymore my doctor finally changed me to Prozac (fluoxetine). Honestly, not knowing what side effects I might experience scared the shit out of me. I've been on Prozac for a week, and no side effects so far. Fingers crossed....
