Online life, social media, the connected world, smart homes, smart devices: I think we all know that it’s in overdrive. 

Digital detox became an increasingly visible term last year, as this hurtle toward the singularity continued unabated, and for me, two things triggered a change, or an attempt to change, my addictive relationship with technology, which I did by altering just one thing.
