Title: Parallel Lines Pairing: Rook x Emmrich x Lucanis Rating: E Status: In-process Summary: “I think it’s too late anyways. I think I’ve already painted you both on my heart. And I’m terrified.” Dana Laidir has never been one to deny herself the things she wants. Not after going from slavery to servitude to the well-intentioned but overbearing adolescent years in the care of her adoptive aunts and uncles. Not when she’s spent adulthood perfecting how to obtain the things or people she most desires. But what she finds herself wanting the most, who she finds herself wanting, is not so easy to obtain. It’s more than the fleeting lust or desire she’s familiar with, and she knows that should scare her.

Title: Fault Lines Pairing: Rook x Emmrich x Lucanis Rating: E Status: In-process Summary: “It's like if a teen drama happened to 3 mentally ill chain-smoking semi-alcoholic 25-52 year olds.” Aka my Emmrookanis modern day restaurant AU (that is really just an excuse to offload my almost 15 years of restaurant related trauma).

Title: Intention Pairing: Rook x Emmrich Rating: E Length: ~6.9k word one-shot Summary: There was no denying Emmrich Volkarin was handsome, polished, put together, but such was the expectation of those who donned the vestments bearing the symbol of the Mourn Watch. He wasn't necessarily unremarkable, but to Rook, Emmrich appeared as any of the other senior professor who wandered the halls of the Grand Necropolis. Yet, a chance encounter, a careless mistake, affords Rook the opportunity to discover just how remarkable this man might be.

Title: Like a Matchstick Pairing: Rook x Lucanis x Spite Rating: E Length: ~157k words Status: Complete Summary: Rook had lived a peaceful, relatively secluded life in the Grand Necropolis. It had been that way for years, long enough that she thought she'd finally found her purpose. But good things never last, do they? Somewhere along a series of never-ending missteps, she found herself in charge of a team tasked with taking down two escaped elven gods. For someone who claimed to not believe in fate, there were entirely too many things that had to go wrong in order to bring her face-to-face with the man who would end up changing her life. With the help of Lucanis and the spirit possessing him, the mysteries of her past start fitting together. But sometimes remembering hurts worse than the unanswered questions ever did.

Title: Distance & Meaning Pairing: Rook x Lucanis Rating: M (mind the TWs) Length: ~3k word one shot Status: Complete Summary: In a world not unlike our own, Lucanis watches as the woman he loves slips further and further away from herself after losing a close friend. She wears her grief like a scarf wrapped tightly around her neck, and he spends each day pulling at the fabric with gentle, guiding hands. But healing is not linear, and he's unsure how much longer he can do it alone, isolated from the rest of the world on their rooftop terrace.A brief study on mourning, healing, and the double-edged sword of finding your soulmate.
