☁️ Why do I regress: My childhood was not the best, my teen years were not the best either. I have been regressing involuntarily for about 6 years now, I didn’t know what regression was until a few months ago, regression is my escape from stress and my mental health. I have ADHD (Diagnosed) Anxiety (Diagnosed) Social Anxiety (Diagnosed) Depression (Diagnosed) Sensory issues related to my ADHD, and a few other minor things. Regression is my safe way to escape from the stress and anxiety of my everyday life. It allows me to calm down and be happy and regain happy memories. (I can’t really remember many happy moments from my childhood, or even normal moments, I only remember negative things so this is my way to get happy memories as a ‘kid’)

🧸 Do you need clear rules?: No, although small reminders are nice as I can get caught up in whatever activity I am doing. (Edit: I and my little/cg have made rules for each other for when we regress)
