Unfortunately that women that posted that tik tok saying she will be exposing her “soon to be ex husband for being a pedophile” …. She’s dead now. He killed her.

And unfortunately I knew it the second I saw the words “soon to be ex husband”

Leave silently, make sure you are completely safe and at an unknown location before you open up about someone that is violent towards you.

Horrific loss.

Literally just for the sake of your life NEVER tell an abuser you plan on leaving. NEVER let them know you plan to expose them to the public. NEVER let them know your location. You leave SILENTLY. You make your plans in complete secrecy. Don’t even allude to you leaving the relationship. Pretend everything is okay. Genuinely pretend you have no plans on leaving any time soon. Reassure them that you are not going anywhere and then you silently make plans with safe people and leave quietly one day. Go immediately and get the protection orders you need and immediately surround yourself with safe trusted people in an unknown safe location.

You do not EVER tell your abuser you are leaving. They will fucking kill you. It happens time and time again. The way this isn’t taught to young women everywhere is sad as fuck.

It’s really sad when people finally get the courage to leave an abusive relationship but they don’t know how to do it safely and it results in the ending of their lives :(

End violence against women. I wish I could have been this woman’s friend…. I would have never let her post a tik tok publicly while still living in the same house as her abuser 😔
