Headcanon-Part 4 of Liatu King and SurfJack and SwimClub Employee and Surf Instructor! Reader

Author's personal notes: I know there might be so many parts however i decided to carry on with this particular headcanon post but who cares; I am going to perhaps carry on with this particular post perhaps on here because there is more to the story that you would possibly think.

And this is the final part of the headcanon post of LK meets the SurfJack Hotel employee & surf instructor; everyone.

-While the surf lesson had went well for the both of you; you did tried to spot her where she was last spotted at and by the time then you found her on the edge of the beach where she is standing at the waves while the long surf board she had rented was on the side; you are feeling truthfully worried that she might hurt herself or she might got stung by a jellyfish in the water or worse, she might step on a razor sharp dry reef ever since the both of you entered into the water with both of your respective foot bare.

-Thankfully she called to you that she is truthfully okay in general however she wasn't so sure how to return back to the water and luckily you did managed to go back to the shore to check on her to make sure she is truthfully healthy and well in general and she isn't hurt from anything or even from the surf lesson itself.

-Luckily, neither of you aren't hurt from the surf lesson where you both had it from the first day of her Hawaii Vacation at the island of Oahu, Hawaii: you did told her you are feeling so thankful and happy that she is doing truthfully safe and sound as well doing and feeling well all at the same time both during and after the surf lesson between the both of you.

-As the both of you had continued the surf lesson for an hour or so; then when it's time to head back to the dry land; the both of you had so much fun that you told her that you wanted to bring her on a friendly date between you and her where you either wanted to bring her to either the Nalu Health Cafe or even the Island Vintage Cafe where you do truthfully always go there every now and then in your very own life and yet you also wanted her to try out their versions of the acai bowl where you do usually have it for a very light lunch when you do preferred to take something light for your lunch.

-But before the both of you can head off to somewhere for lunch; the both of you had decided to head off to the SurfJack Hotel where the both of you had said "Aloha" to Jack who is the official pet dog mascot of the SurfJack Hotel where normally you had seen him every single day at the lanai of the reception lobby of the hotel where you normally greet him every single day whenever you are entering the SurfJack Hotel for your current job as a surf instructor whom they are working at the SurfJack Hotel for a very long time.

-After taking a shower and getting changed into your actual SurfJack Hotel official uniform and Liatu had changed into an outfit where she wanted to match the aesthetic of Hawaii where she is clad in an Aloha Shirt as well as a pair of Bermuda Surf Shorts from a Surf Brand where she had gotten it from a boutique at the International Market Place where she does her shopping at there just shortly before the actual surf lesson does take place between you and her at the Waikiki Beach as well as the Canoes Surf Break too as well.

-As the both of you had head off to the Island Vintage Cafe where the both of you had chosen it as a place where the both of you had a platonic lunch date between each other; the both of you had a long and a personal conversation between the both you however you did told her you wanted to make sure that the both of you can definitely keep it platonic ever since there are strict rules on how employees shouldn't be in a romantic relationship between the both of them no matter whom they are referring to either an employee or a hotel guest whom they are staying at a hotel.

-Although at first when she had heard about how you preferred to stay friends with her more so than having a romantic relationship not because you don't want a romantic relationship but because there are stern rules where it has to be followed on how employees need to maintain a healthy, stable and steady professional between both the employees themselves and the guests as well as to other employees too as well however after explaining it to her all about it; she luckily understood it as she told you she wanted the friendship between you and her to be kept discreet and private from the public ever since she is a WNBA player whom she had been a developmental player for a team where you do luckily tolerate them as long as it isn't either the Indiana Fever or the Las Vegas Aces.

-Plus by the time when the lunch date is over; the both of you had exchanged 'Goodbyes' and 'Alohas' as you told her you would give her a small yet a hand written letter about the actual land marks where she should go during her time in the islands of Hawaii especially both in the island of Oahu and also the neighboring islands too as well if she had plans to go there.

-A few days later, after she had returned back to the island of Oahu, before she had decided to say 'goodbye' and 'aloha' to the islands of Hawaii; she had decided to exchange her 'Alohas' and 'Goodbyes" with you as you both exchanged a goodbye hug just before you brought her back to the airport where you both exchanged another 'Goodbye' hug just before she boarded her plane back to Washington D.C to reunite with her own ohana/ family.

Headcanon Post-Part 3 of Liatu King and SurfJack and Swim Club Employee + Surf Instructor! Reader

Author's personal notes: Part 3 of the headcanon post of the Liatu King and the SurfJack and Swim Club Employee + Surf Instructor reader as I may have to split it into different parts while posting it on T*mblr as the T*mblr version of it.

Also, all three pictures of the female surfers are actually also part of the headcanon story post as I am going to truthfully share some of the pictures where they do fit in with the idea of the story as the aesthetic and the visual ideas.

Plus all events mentioned in this particular post are entirely fictional therefore there is no need to take it very seriously as if it does happens in real life plus none of the pictures are mine: I don't own it and credits goes to P*nt*r*st for all of the original pictures as the visual ideas and the actual aesthetic idea as well.

-While the both of you are chatting with each other; you did told her about how you did started surfing as a very young keiki as one of your aunt whom she does surfing while she is one of the family/ ohana member whom she is a care-free type of person in the comparison with many of the other ohana members whom they had truthfully preferred to have a permanently fixed careers especially when it comes to anything in the medical; law; engineering; accounting or even the business field where they decided to work there as a permanently fixed job they had decided to do it in the long term however for your aunt; she wanted to do something in the tourism field where she had worked as an air stewardess for both the Delta Airlines and the Hawaiian Airlines for a really long time just before she had moved onto becoming a local tour guide where she teaches the people about the local culture of Hawaii as well as working at a hotel where she worked as a teacher whom she taught students to make leis in addition to becoming an 'extra' dancer for many of the Hawaiian Luau events where it usually takes place in the islands of Hawaii followed by becoming a hula dancer too for certain hula dance shows where she had joined in with them over the years and from there onwards, you had told Liatu about how your aunt is one of those people whom she had inherited you to definitely work at the SurfJack and Swim Club Hotel as both a surf instructor and an employee of the SurfJack and Swim Club Hotel.

-Although both of your parents had later on became understanding thanks to both your aunt and her negotiations on how she did told them that they would understood if they placed their trust in both and God based on how you did managed to worked hard successfully to get a full-time job working at the SurfJack and Swim Club Hotel working as a surf instructor and a part time house keeper when you aren't surfing; at first both your parents are feeling doubtful about how you did but after your aunt negotiated with them to support your dreams when you did managed to successfully graduated from both the university where you had studied the tourism field and also getting a full-time job successfully at the SurfJack Hotel then they can truly understood why you choose to follow the path of your aunt's by working at a hotel in the islands of Hawaii ever since you are always feeling enthusiastic about exploring around the different areas of Hawaii and also, asking her all about her traveling stories as well over the years she had went through in her life.

-After what feels like an hour or so; then the both of you decided to go to the surf lesson straight away and while the both of you are doing the surf lesson; you told her to be careful in the water as sometimes the waves conditions can be much more different and perhaps much more trickier than the both of you had expected it plus as both a strong and an experienced swimmer thanks to how your dad and your aunt taught you to learn how to swim and surf at an early age in your very own life; you told her you are going to keep a close eye on her when the both of you are entering into the water as your dad had told you that the ocean can be both merciless and perilous if neither of you aren't too careful with your actions when you both are entering into it.

-While entering into the water after going through another lessons on the basic lessons of the rules, dos and don't(s) followed by a physical warm up session to make sure the both of you are truthfully prepared to enter into the open waters of Waikiki as well as start surfing as well; meanwhile you also had silently prayed that the both of you can stay safe and be safe while you both are in the open waters of Waikiki.

-As the both of you entered into the water; you make sure that she is following you safely and vice versa while the both of you have your respective surfboards where you are going to teach her on her rental long surf board first just before you can start doing your own version as well since your instructor had told you to also bring your own long surf board to make sure that you can teach the other surf students on learning how to surf and not to make any excuses to forget your long surf board you do needed to bring it with you to the surf lessons where you do have to teach the surf students during the surf lessons.

-As you teach her how to surf and calling to her with the encouraging comments to be added into the mix however because of how the waters does tend to truthfully get crowded with other surfers and also other surf instructors plus other surf students from other hotels as well as other surf schools alike; you did have to truthfully keep a close out on a tied up low dread-lock ponytail where she had tied it up into a low ponytail as well as wearing a white headband around her head while keeping a close eye on the other surfers; surf instructors and also the other surf students as well as you didn't want either one of you to ran into either them or to even possibly took their respective waves as it does feels as when you are overtaking another car on a normal road at a normal road traffic.

-While you are keeping a close eye on her; you also needed to keep eye on your surfboard however you did ended up apologizing to a young surfer whom you didn't meant to truthfully overtake their waves however they did accepted your apology and asked if she is doing okay, you did called to them she is doing okay but you had to keep a close eye on her just the same with all of your surf students you would normally do whenever you are doing the surf lessons.

Author's personal notes: This is part 2 of the headcanon post of Liatu King x SurfJack and Swim Club Employee! plus Surf Instructor! Reader where I am going to continue off with where we had left it off from the first part.

Plus all events mentioned below are entirely fictional therefore there is NO NEED to truthfully take it seriously as if it does happens in real life obviously.

Also, congrats to Liatu King for unexpectedly making it to the Minnesota Lynx Team Roster as a developmental player for the Minnesota Lynx permanent team roster.

Also, will be posting it from my main T*mblr account from there onwards.

Trigger warning: Mentions of a 'Minor' drowning accident from another hotel in Oahu and a past surf student whom they had gotten a stomach upset.

-While you had brought her to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon to definitely teach her the basics such as the unspoken rules of surfing where it has to be followed, followed by the dos and the don't(s) of what to do whenever they are surfing in addition to also learning how to balance on the surf board properly as well as learning how to paddle; pop up and to also stand up on a surf board as well plus while doing it so; you told her you are doing it at the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon more so than doing it at the open waters of Waikiki because you didn't want to do the same mistake as another hotel did with a small accident where a hotel guest and a surf student whom they did a surf lesson had left in the open waters of Waikiki to surf on their own terms while doing en evening lesson where they got into a 'almost drowning' accident where although they had almost drowned while they trying to surf on their own terms; thankfully they did managed to survive from the accident however the hotel where they are responsible for the incident had decided to take on a full-on level of genuine responsibility for what they had done to one of their hotel guest and surf student whom they did an evening lesson and from there onwards all surf lessons will only be hold in the day time hours on all seasons for all hotel guests and surf students from there onwards.

-Plus while doing it so; you and Liatu had a fun time where she did ended up felling into the DK Lagoon Waters while trying to stand up/ pop up properly on a long surf board where you are renting it for the evening surf lesson between you and her; she did fell into the water before she ended up laughing at herself and you also did ended up laughing with her too as well; knowing it is hard not to laugh and to also have fun while giving her a one on one private evening surf lesson from there onwards.

-After spending an hour or two at the Duke Kahamoku Lagoon: the both of you had decided to walk back together to the SurfJack Hotel where you both parted ways at the reception lobby where you decided to head back to the employee lockers at a different direction and meanwhile she heads back to her hotel suite while preparing herself to have a solo dinner all by herself.

-The next morning, when the both of you prepared for the second part of the surf lesson where you both had left off from the last evening; the both of you had decided to meet up at Waikiki Beach at the same time however you do wanted to let her know that you had woken up very early to make sure that you have your breakfast before you can start the surf lesson; she does truthfully understood and she does the same too as well just as when you had breakfast back at your own apartment with your room mate where they are working at a different hotel however they worked as a house keeper at a smaller hotel however they didn't mind about it at all in general since they would preferred doing it over the certain jobs where many of their friends and family members had worked there due to a number of reasons however they would preferred working at a hotel more so than working at a certain environment where they did experienced the unpleasant feelings at there.

-After the both of you had taken your respective breakfast; meanwhile the both of you had met up just before the Waikiki Beach had started to fill up with both locals and tourists alike to definitely head to the beach for a day of relaxation especially for those whom they had their actual days off from their respective jobs where they are currently working at there no matter what type of job are they currently working at where.

-As you taught her the basic rules and moves again just to make sure she can truthfully remember the basics of surfing on one hand; meanwhile she had truthfully remembered what you had truthfully said as she had asked you to record the surf lessons as a voice memo therefore she can definitely take notes of what does she need to do when she is surfing on her own terms independently at any different surf locations no matter where she is truthfully surfing at where including Hawaii; therefore she could always remembered what you had actually taught her during the one on one surf lesson between you and her.

-Subsequently, you both have decided to have a quick and personal conversation just to make sure that the both of you have to make sure that the stomach are truthfully empty just before you both can start the surf lessons ahead as you warned her about how you didn't want her to get a stomach upset halfway through the surf lesson as you did learned your lesson as a rookie employee and a rookie surf instructor where you had ended up making a mistake to a surf student by not knowing they needed an hour or two to let their stomach to be empty after a meal just before the surf lesson can be truthfully carried on for the rest of the day.

Headcanon post about Liatu King x surf instructor + SurfJack & Swim Club employee! reader- Part 1

Author's note: Going to post this anyway as a congratulatory post to Liatu King for making it to the Minnesota Lynx permanent team roster spot unexpectedly.

Unfortunately, I am so bummed that there are very little to no fans of LK in general as I do wish there are more LK 2 fans on here in my own opinion.

-When you first met Liatu, you are feeling truthfully nervous about how do you truthfully met her at first at the Daniel K. Inouye Airport while you are holding a simple hand made sign which said "Hi Liatu; e komo mai!" Which means "Hi Liatu, welcome!" in the Hawaiian language on the phase "E komo mai". However by the time when she met you, at first; you did felt nervous about meeting her for the very first time but she is truly pleased to not only meet you but to also learn how to surf with you as a part time surf instructor whom you worked at a hotel where they provide surf lessons for both locals and tourists alike as well surf items to be rented depending on how long does the customer uses.

-As you brought her to your Ford Fiesta fuel based car; you let her sleep while driving her to the hotel where you are currently working at there from the very beginning during your junior sophomore year at Hawaii Pacific University where you studied at both tourism and business degree alike.

-After reaching to the SurfJack and Swim Club Hotel; you told her you drop her off while a co-worker of yours whom they worked at the vehicle jockey services had taken over the duty of the driving the car safely to a vacant parking spot where they can park your car for an unlimited hours.

-While you felt uneasy about how would your co-workers react to Liatu's presence; they had actually give her a warm welcome with an orchid lei as well as a frangipani flowers leis plus an indicate ribbon lei from one of your co-workers whom she made leis as a hobby during her free time as a typical way of how usually the people of Hawaii greets newcomers to the islands of Hawaii.

-Whilst she checks in with the receptionist whom they had warmly welcomed her and also chatted with her about being a wahine whom she had a pair of deaf parents whom they all usually communicate with American Sign Language; a co-worker of yours; a bell-boy whom he is responsible for taking up her bags couldn't help but chats with you all about how she does deserved so much love just the same as her fellow ND alumnas; Sonia Citron and Olivia Miles.

-After checking into a hotel room where she was brought to the one bedroom suite penthouse; meanwhile you patiently focused on the other students whom usually the majority of the students are tourists from either the mainland of USA, Canada or otherwise perhaps they might came from Asia especially Japan; Australia: New Zealand and certain European countries as well as a certain portion of them from certain countries of Africa.

-By the time when you had completed the 2 hours surf lessons with the other surf students properly; you had prayed silently that you can have a private one on one surf lesson with Liatu King herself.

-By the time when she arrived to the one on one surf lesson; she did apologized to you about how the jet lag feeling had made her feeling sleepy and when you told her you can postpone the lesson at anytime; she suggested if it is okay to have an evening surf lesson.

-At first you are feeling both uncertain and doubtful about an evening surf lesson but then with how she didn't mind an evening surf lesson; you give her an exception to do it so since she is a well recognized in the islands of Hawaii thanks to the people in your social circle whom they are actual WNBA fans in general.

-Plus while teaching her how to surf; you couldn't help but noticed how all of her finger nails and toe nails does give off a faint glow where you taught her how to lay down on a surfboard; paddle; stand up on a surfboard and give you the hula hand body posture.

Just a personal post from Mel to everyone in general . . .

Disclaimers: All thoughts below are entirely based on my own thoughts alone.

And please don't bring up spoilers in general for those people whom they hadn't either read the book no matter what type of book genre is it in addition to a TV show as well as a movie where perhaps some of you had watched it; others on the other hand, no they didn't watched it yet.

So don't bring spoilers up in general! {Especially if you or anyone else hadn't either perhaps watched a TV show where they had watched but hadn't catch up on a current episode; a movie where they hadn't watched it yet or even a book they hadn't read it plus it also applies with sports as well; a sports match maybe you or anyone else whom you known them for a period of time except when you didn't got much time to watch the actual sports match yet too as well and this too applies with motorsport races including F1 too as well in my own opinion.)

Again, don't bring up spoilers and don't spoil it for those whom we hadn't got the time to either catch up on the latest episode of a TV show; latest movie where it had been released recently; a book where it had been released recently or one where we sadly didn't have the proper time to read it especially fictional books that is and also sport matches; games and races where we hadn't got the chance to catch it all yet so don't spoil it for those who hadn't watched it yet, read it yet or doing all of the above due to a personally packed and busy schedule in general in our own every day lives.

I never thought I would type this out but if anyone does thinks sports has "No spoilers' then think again because they do actually have spoilers in my own opinion that is therefore please don't spoil it for those who would only watch it when they actually had the actual full-on free time to do it so from their respective jobs based on where we are working no matter what type of job are we actually referring to it to be honest realistically; everyone.

Anyway, just want to put this post out there just in case if anyone or anybody had brought spoilers on anything no matter what type of media it is; whether is it a TV show; a movie or a book or even a sport you watched it; the general lesson we all can definitely learn from there on wards is don't bring up any spoilers in general.

A small life update-29th April 2026

Disclaimers: All events mentioned below are entirely reflected from the author's actual life events where it does takes place in her real life.

Finally got play 'catch-up' on the highlight of Minnesota Lynx vs Washington Mystics plus Minnesota Lynx vs the Nigerian Women's Basketball Team. [I did yesterday since I woke up really late obviously.]

But I'm watching it from my old but usable Vivo V2029 phone which it luckily works since I would have to wait for a few months time [Ideally 6/ six months time] to perhaps a year's time to definitely take screenshots of Liatu King whom she is now part of the Minnesota Lynx under a training contract with the team.

But don't get too excited; don't get your own hopes; expectations and also any optimistic thoughts up because just like any other WNBA players whom they are part of the training camp team roster; we may not know when the team had to decided to part ways with certain players--so be careful! [Plus yes, this also applies with my wahine Liatu King as well by the way whom she is only under a training camp contract with the Lynx Team.

Also, if anyone or anybody wanted to send me a message to me via my ask box on here; feel free to do it so as long as it does aligns with the rules so . . . thank you very much for reading this particular post on here.

Ask box rules and guidelines-April 26th 2026

Aloha everybody,

I know it has been a long while ever since I did actually open my ask box on here however it had been a 'Failed experiment' ever since I didn't realized how there are people whom they did truthfully send me the messages asking for donations while posing themselves as someone who is from Palestine online however if you did send me an ask message for any donations while posting as a person from Palestine: I will delete the ask box message and turn off the ask box indefinitely until any further notices--not to say I don't want to donate obviously but more so because I would no longer accept any 'spam' messages obviously. [Lesson to be learned obviously.]

Apart from that; here are the ask box rules where they are mentioned it below:

Firstly, when you are sending me an ask message; please be equally and sincerely respectful, polite and kind when you are sending me any of the ask messages in general.

Secondly; any hateful messages; spam messages, or any ask messages where it does feels both uncomfortable and hateful won't be welcomed here in general as I'll delete any hate messages and spam messages in general. [Plus I'll turn it off too as well for my mental health reasons as well as personal reasons too as well.]

Thirdly, just the same as the second ask box rule I had mentioned it earlier; if you did send me any ask messages I am feeling truthfully uncomfortable then please don't do it so in general as I do have the rights to delete any messages where I did truthfully felt uncomfortable by find it out through my inbox and reading it out of nowhere.

Forth, please don't spam the ask box message too much as sometimes I might be busy with my very own life therefore please be patient with me though and also give me a few days for me to let me answer your ask messages.

I would love to see potential reunion between the both of them--too bad they are so underrated and yet so many people would rather either spoke about the over-hyped and also the over-rated type of pairing [In my own opinion that is] such as P*zz* of UC*nn along with the D*ll*s W*ngs or otherwise I would say perhaps [To definitely in my own opinion that is] a very toxic pairing I truthfully have now disliked them such as Maddy Westbeld and Olivia 'Livy' Miles.
