Hi, my name is Nick! I’m an avid archer and bowyer and absolutely love archery in all its forms. One of my dreams is to teach everyone the value of archery and the lessons that can be learned. It’s a lofty goal, but I try my best in my own little way to make archery more accessible to people who may not have the resources or opportunities otherwise. While I don’t sell any bows, I spend a lot of time teaching others to make their own archery equipment. I have a few books out on building bows as well as some videos on Youtube all about making your own bows and other archery tackle.

I mentioned when I first showed this bow that it is very slow. So to compensate for that, it can shoot much faster with shorter arrows. So today I've decided to dust off a Korean-style overdraw (tong-ah (made of PVC of course)) and shoot some crossbow bolts. While these bolts allow me to pick up a little speed, using them on a youth recurve usually results in 160 or so FPS with the light bolts.
