The Obnubilate exist on the outskirts of what we understand as possible. They can only be understood as abstract shapes and ideas. Despite there unreality, the effects they have on the material world are very real.

The Obnubilate Lion is of undeterminable size, appearing both massive or minuscule depending on the observes position. It watches, leaching an unknown but vital essence from those caught in its gaze.

It is said that the Obnubilate Lion is the father of all undead, as nothing that endures its gaze for long can either live or die.

A Young Fire Giant "Renegotiating" an ancient agreement. Fire giants shepherd the migrant flame, great firestorms that burn the forests and grasslands of the world. The little folk of the plains make binding agreements with the Fire Giants. A tithing is paid the spare farm and field from the ravaging flame. These agreements can last thousands of years, bound in stone by languages primal and timeless. This young upstart has taken it open himself to update the terms of the agreement. He feels like he is not being compensated fairly for his service.

Behind him, the fire rages.

I wip of a Fire Giant. I reimagined these guys as step nomads that Shepard massive wild fires. This fire giant is extorting a village. He has literally broken the ancient agreement carved in stone. and is "renegotiating" the terms for the villages continued survival.

This is dedicated to the simple but transformative act of listening to your own music while playing video games. In my case this was inspired by listening to Sade while playing Dark Souls 2.
