Shego was bored. Bored to death. She was stuck for a while in this city already, but so far, it didn’t seem like anything interesting would be ever happen here. Playing around with her powers a little, she felt some eyes laying on her, and it made the green-haired girl turn her head to glare at the other. “How about you just take a picture, hm?” She scoffed. “That’s going to last longer, for sure.”

“If I wanted a picture, I would’ve taken one already.” The innocent smile that was planted on her lips followed by a roll of her eyes gave away the fact that words were just dripping with sarcasm. “No, I much prefer to just stare. You should get used to it if you’re going to be flashing that around everywhere you go.”

Fred was a builder, through and through. He spent his day building things at work, and then when he got home and had free time, he repaired little things around his home. Today, for example, he was outside his home fixing his car, covered in grease and blasting classic rock music. He saw someone out of the corner of his eye and turned the music down. “Sorry, was it too loud?”

“What gave that away?” Melissa snapped in response to his, quite frankly, stupid question, her arms crossed over her chest as she stood a few feet away, her eyes fixed in a glare on the man before her. Studying to be a Lawyer was difficult when all that could be heard was music blaring from not too far away and considering how loud it had been, she had located the source almost immediately. “Some of us are actually trying to achieve things.”

It’s been a couple of months since Harley had arrived in this place. Yes, it looked like Washington DC but Harley was aware that it wasn’t really. Honestly, she didn’t really care what this place was and why she was here, or how. All she cared about was how much she was having fun here and the fact that she was free, away from Belle Reve and Arkham Asylum. Currently on shift at the bar, Harley finished serving one of the clients and turned to face a new one. “What can I get you, hot stuff? What’s your poison?”

“Hot stuff?” Melissa repeated, holding back an incredulous laugh, an eyebrow sharply raised as she narrowed her eyes at the woman behind the bar. Shaking her head, dismissing the thoughts that had come rushing to her head, she sighed. She just needed a drink. “Give me whatever you’ve got, and make it strong.”

Melissa’s been around for two months.

What is your character’s job?

So... She’s probably going to stick with what she knows since her mother is a lawyer and follow in her footsteps. Because she’s been here for a while already, Melissa’s more than likely already on her way to actually becoming one.

Where has your character been pulled from in their fandom?

From the very end of Pretty Little Liars so she’ll be all up to date.

Has any magic affected your character?

There’s probably some magic out there to make her kinder but nope, she’ll still be good old Melissa.

Scarlett woke up in the morning to an empty house. She wondered where Pam was for a second, then she decided to get ready for the day. She thought to herself that Pam may have went out for some groceries. So she decided to go into the town center and head towards the grocery store. But the place had changed since she was last here, and where the grocery store once stood, there was now a modern coffee store named The Brew. Scarlett stepped inside and walked to the counter.

“I’ll have a soy chai latte please.”

She’d hand the employee the money, before taking her drink and sitting down on one of the vintage seats, fixing her hair as she peeked around the new environment.

Melissa sat at one of the tables in The Brew, and took the final sip of her coffee, emptying the cup completely of the liquid that had filled it before. She set the cup down on the table before glancing down at her phone to where she had a permanent web page up on an investigation concerning the disappearances of the Rosewood residents, including Spencer. Though of course, they still continued to come up short. 

Melissa sighed and looked back up from the screen, her eyes scanning the room and rolled her eyes overhearing a girl at the counter order a ‘soy chai latte’. Great. Another new person in Rosewood. It was like with all the people disappearing, others just came to replace them. Melissa stood and took her cup to get a refill and once she had, she took a seat near to where the other girl had sat. She took a sip out of the cup before shaking her head and turning to her. 

“You’re new here, right?”

Toby frowned at Melissa’s opinion, he had never seen the brunette in such a fragile state and something about that hit him like a ton of bricks. He gave the girl a small smile as he listened to her talk, “Okay Melissa,” he said quietly when she finished, “I promise you that we are doing everything within our power to find the girls,” he reassured her, leaning on the table to look at her, “did you see anyone else at the park that didn’t look like they belonged there? Or maybe notice someone else wander off and not come back?” he asked her, hoping to jog something into her memory that could help the police.

Melissa sighed and shook her head, looking down at the table once more. “There were a few people at the Water Park I've never seen around Rosewood before. Maybe they were just hanging out there, maybe not. Perhaps they’re new to town. But apart from that.. I don’t know. I just want my sister and her friends to be save.” Melissa ran a hand through her hair and looked at Toby before standing up and slamming a hand on the table. “Shouldn't ‘Rosewood Police department’ be excellent in this thing? Why haven’t you found them by now?”

Toby: I need everyone currently in Rosewood to report to the police station as soon as possible. We need to take statements regarding the people who have gone missing.

Melissa: I'll be there.

Toby stood in the conference room at the station waiting for the next person to be shuffled in, he was trying to take as many statements as possible in an attempt to figure out where all of the people missing from the town could possibly be. He raised his hands to gently rub his temples as he heard the door open, he turned and nodded to the other officer before turning to greet Melissa. “Thank you for coming down. Please have a seat” he said with a sigh, as he sat down across the table"We are doing everything we can to resolve this situation quickly. Can you tell me everything you saw or heard while at the water park? Anything regarding the people who seemed to have disappeared?“ he asked the other person.

Melissa took a deep breath before opening the door to the conference room, her eyes red and puffy, her make up thick and dark, an attempt to disguise it though she herself knew she wasn’t kidding anyone. She sighed deeply before taking a seat, staring down at the table in front of her. Melissa hadn't quite been herself since Spencer and her friends had gone missing. She was just completely sick with worry and she had cried. A lot. Melissa for a few moments, was completely silent. Before she broke it by quietly saying “The last I saw of Spencer... at the Water Park was..” Melissa stopped and sighed once more. “...She was with Emily. Having fun. Nothing.. out of the ordinary.” She then diverted her attention to Toby, balling her hands into fists. “You better find my sister and her friends before something happens to them.” Melissa knew that they were trying as hard as they could to find the girls. But it just wasn’t enough.

“I would have loved coming here as a kid. Adored it, even. But now? It’s just dull.”

Melissa couldn't help but chuckle softly, nodding her head in agreement. Alcohol would make things a whole lot more bearable. “Melissa. Melissa Hastings.” She turned and smiled at the other girl, whether it was fake or not, she hadn't quite decided. Perhaps it was a mix of both.

“As much as I love the Summer, and the sun,” Melissa paused, looking around the park with a slight frown on her face before removing her sunglasses from the top of her head, pushing them onto her face, covering her eyes. “This place is a little... boring. You have to agree, right?”
