Whether you are an Alpha, Beta, or Omega, when they encounter a new pack and want to join or are recruited and want to join. Not all packs will just fully open their arms. Some will put new recruits through some hoops. Not literal hoops.
Introduce to every pack member, this isn’t a hard thing to achieve. Word travels fast.
Pack Helper, Errand boy, etc. They go around helping out other pack members.
If they can prove they are an asset to the pack they can stay in the pack.
Packs won’t kick them out for any old reason. So if the new member brings no harm to the pack, no harm will come to them.
Depending on each Pack, they may have sub-leaders and thus once the new member have their blessing the main Leader of the pack has the final say.
Jobs can differ between Dynamics and groups.
Alphas and Betas running errands that take them outside their territory.
Betas and Omegas taking up more errands inside the territory.
Alphas taking up hard labor around the pack.
Omegas helping each other take care of the young pups.
Note, any Dynamic can do any of the jobs.
They may be a temporary delivery people.
Help out at the nearby store/restaurant/household.
Help the Pack Leader or Sub-leaders with small jobs.
Life will continue on as normal, hopefully, the new member will be intrgrated seamlessly.
Note: “new” members who are born into the pack are already members of the pack. This is for outsiders who are planning to join the pack.
