(Heeeey, peeps, nice to meet you! Mod Mion talked about me a few days ago, but now it’s time for my formal introduction. I’m Mod Satoko, the new crew member of badlydrawnhigurashi who loves Satoko as her baby! I’ve been a fan of Higurashi for almost a year now and have been reading the Umineko VNs for now (currently at EP4).

I’m familiar manily with the Higurashi manga, but can get jokes from the other adaptations (even if I haven’t watched the anime and have only read the VNs for Onikakushi, Tsumihoroboshi, Matsuribaysashi and Saikoroshi *laughs*. On that note, if anyone knows where I can read Hou in English, I’d be really glad!

New Mod Announcement!

//Hello, folks! I know I just made an OOC announcement yesterday, but this one’s special: Starting from today, badlydrawnhigurashi will be modded by two - yes, two - mods! I’m the old mod, and I’ll be going by Mod Mion (but I’ll use both Mion and Dlanor icons), and the new mod’ll go by Mod Satoko! The Happy Birthday

Nii Nii held her close, and she could feel his sobs as he buried his face in her hair.

Their mother and that man were dead, and they were alone. It was normal for him to be upset - to be hurt and want to cry. Then she was supposed to hug him and say nice things to comfort him, the way he did for her when she was upset. But when she wracked her brain and tried to think of some, she couldn’t. All there was was a numb, empty feeling, and… somehow, she felt as though she didn’t need to be afraid anymore

It was a good feeling. It made the bruises on her arm ache less.

June 24th: Happy Birthday, Satoko!

Pictures from the birthday party! A big celebration of how much everyone loves and appreciates Satoko! Rika and Shion made Satoko the perfect cake, and then Rika managed to steal her away from everyone else. No one knows why Rika was wearing Satoko’s clothes, and no one really felt up for asking.
