Polnareff is my all time fav Jojo character and I really like his VA aesthetics (also I knew I would have more opportunity to play off of sad moments with his part 5 version)

Why do you think you connect to your muse?

the personal connections I most share with him are all sad stuff and some of that gets a bit more into headcanon/projection territory. I think the thing that most endears him to me is you have the makings of a comic relief character that i already tend to get a bit of a soft spot for but then he’s also very emotional in a raw way I hadn’t been used to seeing with big macho guys before getting into Jojo and gets a lot of sadness dumped onto him too to the point that the comedy gets completely filtered out by the time he reappears in VA but he’s still so admirable to me in that he still pushes on and holds on to hope even with all the hardships he went through.

((I do enjoy self-shipping with Pol and other characters, kind of with the thinking if one cake is good two cakes are better. Also in a RP blog environment like this everybody has their own little special uniqueness to the characters they play even when they are duplicates so it can make some interesting dynamics.))
