I am German.

I like quiet.

Real quiet.

This is useful for conversations and unfortunate for everyone else.

I notice patterns.

In behaviour, in words, in the way people contradict themselves.

I like conversations that go somewhere.

I am not cold.

I just do not react to everything.

There is a difference.

I do not chase people.

I do not convince anyone to stay.

If someone wants to leave, I step aside.

It is faster.

If I stay, it is because I chose to.

If I leave, it is because there was nothing left worth understanding.

I like coffee.

Strong.

I like cold air more than warm.

I like nights where the sky is clear enough to remind you how small everything is.

Preferably with no light pollution.

I am not interested in being impressive.

I am interested in things that feel real.

If you type like you are fighting your keyboard, I will not take you seriously.

If you send something you would not say out loud, I will ignore it.

I am not looking for anything specific.

But I am not closed to something that feels… correct.

If I like you, you will notice.

If I do not, you will also notice.

I do not hide that well.

What would you say your attachment style is like?

I don’t know enough about attachment theory to confidently label myself, but when I meet a personality I like I think I’m fairly easy to get close to until I have a reason not to be.

I tend to take people seriously. If you’re important to me, you’re important to me. I don’t really do the whole detached, casual thing very well. I check in on people. I remember things. I make time for them.

I also think I have a bit of an anxious streak when it comes to people I care about.

If I think I’ve upset someone important to me, I can get stuck in my own head about it. I’ll replay conversations, wonder if I said the wrong thing, worry that I’ve damaged the relationship somehow. I’m usually pretty calm in most areas of my life, but that is one thing that can make me spiral a bit.

The downside of that is I sometimes apologize too much. If I think I’ve hurt someone I care about, I don’t just shrug it off and assume everything is fine. I want to fix it. Sometimes that means sending far more messages than I probably should.

The other side of it is that trust is a very big thing for me.

I am actually a pretty open person by nature, but if someone lies to me or gives me a reason to question their honesty, I tend to pull back quite hard. Not because I’m trying to punish them, but because once I stop trusting someone, I stop feeling safe being vulnerable with them.

So I wouldn’t say I’m afraid of closeness. If anything, I’m probably more comfortable with closeness than most people.

I’m just not very good at pretending trust hasn’t been damaged when it has.

I would really recommend going through the people you have added and find who that anon could be (you can sometimes tell by writing style and stuff). Make sure that person isn’t a mutual saying disgusting shit behind your back.
