200316 - i'm going to be taking an indefinite hiatus from this blog
tl;dr basically have no love left for this blog and going for a bit but i will be elsewhere.
i've had this blog now since 2017 and over that time i have been thankful to all of the lovely fantasies i have met through it. i used to enjoy giffing any new video sf9 put out and seeing others comments on them over these past 3 years. however, like with the majority of content creators, while we don't really like admitting that notes aren't important, they kind of are and seeing the gifs you could honestly spend hours on creating getting say 1 reblog for every 40 likes is a bit disheartening and one of the reasons i have been cutting down on what i do gif (that and constantly seeing your work reposted especially without credit..) with anyone who creates something you do value personal feedback and for gif makers that is notes i guess.
but anyway, asides from that while my general love for sf9 hasn't changed, they aren't my main focus atm. a lot has happened the past year for me (my mum being diagnosed with cancer, general deaths in the family, losing my dream job, being made redundant and the general absolute decline in my mental health again) which is a huge reason why i don't post on this blog anymore. i don't have the motivation to gif anymore especially for sf9 or same joy i used to have to watch content and even just simply reblog stuff. i'm still jobless and have resorted back to how bad my mental health was before i got my old job that was one of my main sources of genuine happiness and ngl i have no clue how to get out of it again (not going to go into that as that's not important lol).
i appreciate every single one of you who follows me on this blog, whether you have just followed me within the past week or have been here since 2017. i truly do appreciate you and i thank you. i have always appreciated any comments or nice tags i read on my posts you reblog as they have always made me smile. but in terms of the blog itself, it's not something i hugely enjoy keeping updated anymore mostly down to how disheartened i get on it lol
but yes ! i'll come back again idk when maybe next comeback or another one after who knows (unless we get hit with 93line enlisting news at some point then i'll be on here sobbing) but i'm also more active on my dreamcatcher blog: @leesiyoen (if you stan them) and especially my twitter @/tinkerkeuns
