I found the Act 2 part where you convince Gale not to sacrifice himself (at the end of the Illithid colony) to be underwhelming, so I re-imagined it with more drama. 😩

A discord discussion inspired me to also interpret this as Sumi embracing him right as he was blowing up. One desperate final act of love before they die together. And that is an even more tragically angsty interpretation which I absolutely adore.

I have WANTED to draw these two for a good while, believe me. And now that my art is liberated from the dreaded instagram format, I am actually having fun making comics again.

Alas, have this little interaction. Given Nim has a reputation of being an abrasive prick, I could see there being a lot of looks but no real approaches— which she then takes into her own hands.

The Drow is a really interesting specimen to her, not just in what/who he is but also just visually he is appealing to her (she likes everything falling outside of the norm/leaning into questionable territory). So even though she rarely initiates anything as an aroace, there certainly are exceptions 😏

Finished a second playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3 today, which got me thinking about all the Origin characters, especially in Act 3 and their endings. I had a lot of fun revisiting Wyll's quest in the Wyrmway, Karlach's heartbreaking dialogue, and Shadowheart with her parents. This time around I got Ascended Astarion and God Gale, they are so insufferable and funny to talk to in the epilogue LOL What a great game!! Let me know if you have ideas for future playthroughs...

Getting a likeness is so hard. I felt, I did an ok job with Shads & Wyll, and definitely have to redo Gale, but Astarion here put me through the wringer. I think there's still something wrong with his jaw but overall I am ok with him now.

I wanted to share something as curiosity struck me when it comes to the various flavors of topping, specifically is there a difference between a sub top and a service top. There really isn't except if you wanted to separate the BDSM aspect of topping. I took a couple screenshots that I found a little helpful from the website BeMoreKinky!

I found these interesting and helpful to understand a bit more of the intricacies. When it comes to Gale specifically, I'm of the mind that he's a switch and verses, and this totally depends on the various characters I ship him with when it comes to preferences in said ships. That's just me personally!

For this event, I want to put the focus on him topping in all its forms. Gale needs more love in that aspect because even a soft Dominant top can show devotion to the other, not just performing an act of service or handing over control while topping. Gale is a versatile man, and it's time we show love and appreciation for the top side of him.
