Far too often we construct a false self which we present to the world, hoping it will make others like or love us. We reshape ourselves based on what we think will make us accepted. If we wear the mask long enough, we may forget who we are.

If we take the risk of moment by moment, presenting our true self; living and speaking from the heart, then we will discover those who truly value who we are, and we will find the life path which is right for us. Living authentically is sometimes challenging, but always rewarding.
