Emotions

Trying to find the best way to deal with my emotions. I feel sad it been a few weeks and I’ve lost a really great friend. She helped push me to get into therapy. Even came with me on my first visit. We had a falling out which I can’t see why we can’t come together to find some clarity. On what I did. She removed and blocked. I thought she would be the one to be in my corner to thick and thin but left me high and dry. Only thing that I wish is that you Brianna... I wish and hope you are doing well. I truly did love but guess our chapter may have finally closed hmmm.

This summer has been a true rough one for me so much to reflect on and so much to learn from.
