my motivation to lose weight:
ā”my friends are visiting in Aug & they haven't seen me since may so I want to shock them
ā” also another friend I haven't seen since last year is also visiting me in October so I really want to shock him
ā” just the satisfaction of losing weight
ā” fitting in to clothes better
ā” not being so self conscious in public

Do not repeat last years mistakes!!! Start now or youāll regret it, because before you know it, itāll be June and youāll be wearing a tshirt to the pool instead of a bikini (again) !!!!
Summer is only 4 months away!!
we have 3 MONTHS until summer! so much weight can be lost in that amount of time. you donāt need to lose it all immediately (even though we all wish we could)
patience, my dear. you WILL lose the weight; just give yourself time. it doesnāt happen all at once.

Ana tips:
Iāve been ana since I was 12 ( now 18 ) and Iāve recently gone from 72kg to 54kg so here is my best advice:
Donāt cut anything out of ur diet ! Trust me it doesnāt help at all, the times in these last 6 years when Iāve been most successful is when I wasnāt cutting anything out of my diet
Drink at least 2L of water a day ! Itās magic how drinking water can help you lose weight and be way less bloated
Get enough sleep ! I cannot stress this enough. If you want to lose weight and youāre not sleeping you might aswell not bother ! Most weight loss occurs during sleep when the body is resting !
It sounds simple, but adding veg and fruit to your meals can help you stay fuller ( especially if youāre just getting back on track and youāre trying to restrict again, or if youāve found yourself binging )
Eating breakfast statistically means youāll make better food choices throughout the day, I used to think it was bs but through trial and error Iāve realised that if I eat breakfast Iāll be way less likely to binge or make a silly food choice because youāre not as ravenous so you can think more reasonably
Personally I find that meal planning can help ( even if I only plan what dinners Iāll be eating ) to not over eat and stick within my calorie deficit
I highly recommend eating different calorie amounts on different days, whether you do a diet which tells you how many calories to eat on different days or maybe you save some of your calories ( think weekly calories = daily calories x7 ) so you can have planned ābingeā days/metabolism days where you eat a bit more than you normally would so your metabolism doesnāt get used to very low caloric intake and therefore makes you hit a weight loss plateau which can be very hard to get out of
These are just some tips off the top of my head that felt important, if you have any questions or want some more tips let me know!

I can finally have sex!! Live out my kinkiest fantasies with a special someone

I want to be skinny
I NEED to be skinny, I want to be skin and bones, so skinny that I make others worried for my health. I want a thigh gap and a flat stomach. I want all my bones to be visible

i went from a size 8 to a size 4 in less than three months. if i can do it, you can too.
i couldnāt reply to you guyās comments, but how i did it is 500-750cals everyday, and then i worked out anywhere from 45-2hours 5days a week!! i also had a metab day of 1100cals once a month š„°
Did anyone else go through a random recovery where your mental health just improved in general which allowed you to kick your ED mentality to the curb and see through body dysmorphia but then gained a decent amount of weight making you unhappy with your body and reverting back to ED habits even though you donāt have the same obsession anymore and now feel like you donāt really have an ED anymore because itās not that bad you just have disordered eating and also kinda wish your mental health would just fuck up so you could at least go back to being a real Anorexic/bulimic ect. Because boy this feels shit and confusing and I really do feel like Iām faking it now.
