This tho. Recovery is worth it, but so is continuing to go to therapy and handling your symptoms if Recovery isn't possible!! Some people won't recover and that's okay!! Healing is not linear and nobody should feel bad about having symptoms they can't "work on" more to make them better!! People can still improve their quality of life!! But maybe don't assume it's easy or they have to give all their energy to it all the time, that's damn rude dude!!
