briefly waking up from my hiatus to say that it’s almost december! here’s your reminder that i will NOT be doing this event this year, but do feel free to send me other bdss projects you know of and i’ll promote them here if i can! thank you~
Now that this event has officially wrapped up permanently, if you take one thing from me let it be this.
Don’t run big projects like this, no matter how niche the fanbase is at the moment, alone. You will regret it and make lots of people upset.

Ah yeah, I’ve been meaning to make a post about this. I don’t think I will, unfortunately, after two years I think the community has gotten to the point where it has enough people to make more professionally-run projects like these. Me being a one-man band who was working themself to their limits the last few times, it’s better if I don’t do it again this year. I hope you understand!

If you mean ended as in ended for this year, yes. If you mean ended as in never happening again, no. There’s a few certain things that haven’t been wrapped up yet, but I will handle that myself. This winter was apparently a bad season for everyone, and a lot of my applicants couldn’t meet deadlines, which is why this had to go as long as it did, this was never my intention. I am still dissatisfied with how little I myself was able to do, but in the end what’s done is done. I promise that I will take steps to ensure that next year isn’t like this.
On another note, please forgive me for prolonging this as long as I have. x__x
This event has ended, but if you have a concern to bring up with me, you may message me, and my main blog is also listed on the sidebar. I really do want to make sure that everyone is as happy as possible, and I don’t want anyone to feel cheated, so I’m very open to messages no matter what they may concern. I don’t bite and I’m here to help.

Out of curiosity, when is the expected date that you hope the pinch hitters will be finished with their work to give the ten or so participants who have yet to receive their gift?
By the end of this month would be good! I told you all that you should take as much time as you need, but also… it’s almost three months into the year. I don’t wanna keep people waiting too long, if that’s alright.
