Chrysalis Phase.

When a caterpillar is inside its chrysalis, it's literally digesting itself from the inside out. The final product, as we all know, is a beautiful butterfly. Or a moth. But the point is: imagine how painful that is?? And think about how necessary that pain is for growth. If you're hurting right now and your goals seem so far away, remember that you're probably just in your chrysalis phase 🤷🏾‍♀️
