Fionna and Cake summaries
"Maybe in this world she didn't have a you."
He was a wonderful experience.
Homegirl is finally at home in her pajamas and binged Fionna & Cake last week. Prepare for some art spam
"You are here today. So don't push your luck, kid."
An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works
Decided to give it a shot and illustrate the concept of the first scene from this one-shot I posted on ao3 a couple hours ago. Writing it was so fun and stressful at the same time :)
"You are here today. So don't push your luck, kid."
The ghost of you.
Me? Obssesed with her?
Yes. Yes I am
With the confirmation of variants of Gwen Stacys in Beyond, do you know who should appear?
This woman!
This is Gwen Stacy from Earth-617 and she is the complete badass! This Gwen decided to take the reins of her own destiny and have her own adventures. This lady is simply amazing.
Do you know why?
(Her sass is amazing!)
Because in the comics she simply founded a society of spider women called the Council of Spider Women.
Not only that, do you know what their mission is?
Ensuring the multiverse remains full of possibilities and doesn't fall into dismal patterns. They act in particular for the Gwens, including every Spider Gwen outside ours participates, but I bet that in Beyond she would help Miles by sharing his ideology.
The Spider Women's council is the complete opposite of the Spider Society and as we've seen that Spot is going to… take care of many of its members, it would be a great source of help.
Because did I mention that they are equipped with their own watchers and their own knowledge of the multiverse?
And if I'm not wrong, there's a Spiderwoman movie that Sony intends to make in the future, after btsv. Would be so cool if that movie features more of this council

Why I consider Miguel replacing his own self so bad?
Originally this was going to be a response to a post someone else did, but then I feel I was being mean to people just enjoying a character, so I repurposed it. Is funny because before that post I wasn't planning on doing this but that one got the words out of me somehow.
As disclaimer; I don't think there is anything wrong with liking Miguel, or any character of this movie. It doesn't matter what Miguel may or may not had done in this movie, or if your headcanons and ideas align with how he is in canon or not.
I also feel that regardless of what I think it went down in this situation, I can't call Miguel evil; I would have some words about what I think later in this post, but I don't think when he did what he did he was doing it because ~evil~
With all that out of the way, let's start with this:
The way he talks about the ordeal makes me uneasy.
Omg, this. I started to have this strange feeling about Miguel the second time I saw the movie. I mean, animators DECIDED to show him hiding his face under his shirt and look around as to make sure that nobody saw what just happened— I just, I dunno. Seems like a too calculated, stoic behavior to me.
And ACTUALLY, there's this theory that— I think I found in twitter the other day, that states that Miguel was actually the one that killed the happy–alternate version of himself. It stands mostly on his too-stoic behavior during the whole replacing-himself-montage and when describing the event he simply says "That version of me was killed." and doesn't elaborate from that. As far as we know the whole montage could be just how Miles is playing how everything happened in his head.
Do I think this is what happened? Nope, because as far as I'm concerned that would be a too-dark-and-eerie path for the story to go and I think Sony would want this trilogy to still be appropriate for most ages (or at least +13 I think) so they can make it the most profitable. Do I think it would be super interesting regardless? Hell yeah. If anyone knows a fanfic about this, pls drop it.

"Why wear a mask if she's got nothing to hide?"
"It's been a while since I've seen you laugh like that..."
Something something about these two being close in this dimension feels so angsty and comforting to me
Been suffering with a cold the past week, have some wonky doods
It's so funny to me how the fandom believes these two would either despise/be afraid of each other or become found brothers. There's like, no in between
YIPPEE!!
