“Heh, wouldn’t know! I’ve only visited this one a few times, since there’s others around n’ all. … Eh– yer takin’ them down?” Watching her for a moment, he pouts a bit– a bit surprised. “… Heh, you must really want some work, then.”
That’s how he interpreted it, anyways– watching her go at it.
“… Yer a real persistent kinda lady, huh?”
With some really heavy metal-lookin’ armaments on her. What the heck was she supposed to be? … Though, he was more concerned about that stack. It was growing larger by the second.
“Ah? No, it’s not that... I mean, I’m here now. If no one else is doing it, I might as well.” As she spoke she pulled down page upon page, tape carefully peeled away and pins carefully pushed back into the cork in a tidy row.
Slowly but surely, the back of the board became more and more visible, and the pile of papers tucked under the battleship’s arm became so large the only place for it was on top of a nearby bench. And once all that was left were a dozen actually-not-expired flyers, her attention quickly turned to arranging them neatly.
“You came here to look for something, didn’t you? There’s not much left, but it should be a lot easier to find whatever it is now.”
