In my term as the ‘middle’ person of the bed (also middle in more aspects and situations) I have brought awareness to the experiences and rights of the middle and through collaboration with the peripheries, we have aimed to make these experiences more equitable. We have introduced and implemented:

-Middle pillow for middle person.

- Startegies to reduce snoring including the right to sleep with a cotton bra on in order to contain ear plugs, as middles don’t have access to shelves or bedside tables - even though nakey is the prefered dress code.

-Strategies to reduce movement include the middle dictating the sleeping position if the peripheries are making contact with the middle.

-Right to pee in a bucket located at the foot of the bed because the bathroom is 10 steps away

Future goals include utilising a urination device so that there are less disruptions.

hmmm what else to say about middle rights, you are certainly one to raise awareness of many substantial issues in an intelligent and thought provoking considerate way..which is quite the skill

so you also have the right to refer to us as ‘the peripheries’ haha

the right to a key to your interstate house which you have already used in a way that still blows the peripheries minds

recently the right to use the peripheries as ‘leg rests’

the right to access and wear ‘the peripheries ‘ underwear..hell whats ours is yours

knowledge of pin numbers and paying using each others money cause its sexy (maybe off topic?)

being a role model in general but particularly when it comes to fuss free dragging the mattress into the lounge room
