Angeal and Hel first met when the big three SOLDIERs were called to laboratory to receive a mission briefing from one of the researchers. Normally, none of them would ever want to step into this lab if they could avoid it — but an emergency had occurred. A monster had escaped, they had no choice but follow.

That was when he noticed a silver white-haired young woman working nearby.

She looked strange — out of place.

Compared to the other researchers in the lab, she stood out far too much.

She didn’t belong here.

Not in a place as bleak and tainted as this.
