Tower of London in sugar?

Is this a giant cake in the shape of a famous London landmark? Is it made of sugar icing? The answer to both of these is ‘no’. It’s part of a mini-golf course on the roof of London store Selfridges.

It’s there for the summer (though ‘summer’ might be the wrong word since it has rained here for many days in the past three months.) The raindrops didn’t stop us enjoying the challenging crazy golf course; with 9 holes built around London landmarks: the Gherkin, Nelson’s column etc. Participants are requested not to ‘lick the models’ but we were too busy trying to get the ball into impossible holes.
