start investing in yourself 💅
what to invest our time and money in to look better and better ourselves, here are a few tips
you are the greatest project you will ever work on
apparence and health
skin: medium/high skincare products, products suitable for your skin, to help you improve, moisturize…whatever you need! essentials: moisturizing cream, serum, exfoliating scrub, etc
hair: hair treatments such as hyaluronic acid treatment (provides strength and shine) organic straightening (suitable for all hair types, shiny and straight)cut the ends every so often
nails: take care of your nails with good products or go to a nail salon
make-up: medium/high-end products, i don't use foundation, but i invest in other products like mascara, face palettes (illuminating/bronzer) lipsticks…
clothing and accessories: it is not necessary to dress from head to toe brand name, invest in accessories, such as a high-quality coat for the winter, shoes, bags, jewelry, also a belt, the small details are the ones that elevate your look (i can talk about clothes in a future post)
body: set your goals according to what body you want to achieve or continue to maintain your shape, invest some of your time in exercising, eating healthy, and using moisturizing creams/oils on your body on a daily
perfume: this for me is very important, find your ideal scent, the one that best suits you, there are people who only use a good perfume on special occasions, you should use it every day! you deserve it and you are worth it!
good food: buy good food to nourish your body, fresh fruit, and vegetables, avoid buying white labels (products that imitate others with a lower price)
vitamins: for your hair, skin, nails, etc
mental
a new hobby: spend some of your time doing something you love, learning a new language, or something that can be useful for your future or daily life
read, research, discover!: similar to the previous point, research and discover new topics to nourish yourself intellectually
self-esteem: work on your self-esteem and self-esteem, there is no one like you and you deserve to have the confidence to achieve great things
learn about psychology and emotional intelligence: it will help you understand many things and people's attitudes
be polite: be polite to everyone and don't use bad words or slang
education: invest in your studies or in courses that can be useful not only for your academic training but also for your daily life, for example, a cooking course
go to places of interest: for example, a conference related to a subject you are studying or would like to learn about, museums, art galleries...
free time
go to new places: make reservations at good restaurants, try new food from another country
friends: spend your time with real friends, who spread their positivity and make you have a good time, become that kind of person too! positive, cheerful, with good topics of conversation
cooking: look for new recipes on the internet, buy a recipe book, experiment!
travel: visit new places inside or outside your country, get to know their customs, their gastronomy, their inhabitants, their nature, take a nice souvenir, a good trip is one of the best things you can invest!
visit spas or beauty centers: invest your time in taking care of yourself, give yourself a massage every so often, a treatment… pamper yourself a little!
excursions or activities in your city: surely every so often in the place where you live there are events of any time, for example, book fairs, you can go alone or accompanied.
meditate: the time we spend alone is also very important, meditate at the end of the day, reflect, think about what you can improve every day, and connect with yourself
some of my habits to stay healthy (body and mind) 🧘♀️🌿✨
have a set routine for every day (as i love it i always stick to it and i'm used to it)
exercise 5 days a week
rest from exercise 2 days
stretch before and after exercise
do at least 5 minutes of yoga every day (simple but effective exercises)
keeping track of my exercise (i like to be organized)
go for a run or walk in the evening, after lunch
incorporate to my diet foods such as: salmon, avocado, chia seeds (which i usually take every day) quinoa
always carry a bottle of water with me
drink a cup of tea a day (red, green, matcha, black, white, among my favorites) after meals
keep a record of my days, emotions, and feelings, in a diary (written and virtual)
meditate when I wake up and before going to bed
always keep my environment tidy as i like it
light incense (helps me to relax)
a lukewarm shower before going to sleep (helps me with the stress of the day or to feel better)
listening to positive affirmations and writing them down (i write down 5 for the morning and 5 for the evening)
spending time outdoors looking for new things to do
listen to or watch videos of people who inspire me and help me to keep improving my life

you won't believe it but this affirmation changed my life!
you wouldn't believe it if i told you but with just one affirmation i was able to get rid of all my negative thoughts in a few days
i decided to spend a whole month recording my emotions in a diary: how i felt, how i wanted to feel, how the day had been, 3 things i am grateful for and what i consider most important now 3 affirmations and 3 i deserve
so as i was dealing with negative thoughts almost every day i started to write day and night "my mind is always focused on the positive"
at first, i didn't think much of it, after writing affirmations i continued with my routine then after a few days i felt like i was more motivated to do the things i liked and it was like all of a sudden i stopped thinking about those negative things that i used to worry about a lot
so with this i want to encourage you that if you are in a similar situation, that something worries you, you think a lot about a subject, you have a limiting thought or simply want to attract anything to your life then write or repeat affirmations it should not be the same one that i use but one that you invent that works for your situation after doing this every day and night forget and focus on what you have to do during the day, you have already done part of the work, leave the other part to the universe
i repeat that it is really powerful that the affirmation you use is your own, not taken from a video, for example, try to create the perfect affirmation for you

my posts on how to look elegant are your favorite so in this post, i'm going to refer mainly to style many times we don't need a big budget to look elegant and elevate our personal image remember that elegance is not a style of dress is an attitude
invest in branded accessories: sunglasses, handbags, shoes, belts, jewelry
in autumn/winter invest in a good jacket or coat
fine jewelry, minimalist, and if you like gold, gold plated silver is a good option
total look in black or white is always a good option
a red total look is a very elegant choice
handbags preferably in light colors, for example, beige
a basic outfit with good accessories is better than an extravagant outfit
blazers in colors like beige are a good choice
pale pink, beige or red heels
if you are not a heel wearer basic white sneakers or with some accessories can be a good choice
in summer go for colors a little more colorful, like green, blue or orange, combine them especially with white
jeans are elegant if we combine them well, with a corset, satin shirts…
invest in brands but it is not necessary that they are well known by everyone
other tips:
maintain very good hygiene (this is obvious)

yes to use make-up, make it natural but give your skin a juicy look, my favorite products for this are charlotte tilbury's products
take care of your appearance and your interior, nourish your mind with knowledge, books, new teachings…
do not gossip
invest your time well, in learning new things, doing activities that you like, having time for yourself, having appointments for massages, nails…
find a perfume with your signature scent, it can be from brands such as jo malone, byredo, maison francis kurkdjian or niche perfume brands
use different types of hairstyles every day (ponytails, straightening, waves in your hair, etc.)
invest in good hair products, including straightening iron and blow dryer
remember you are your biggest investment, you deserve to look the way you want and pamper yourself

living life everyday with self-respect and self love will take you such a far way in all aspects of life, and will make your life more enjoyable and easy. make sure you take the time out of your day to remind yourself just how amazing and capable you are. be your own best friend. understand that what you focus on grows.

you deserve to be treated with the upmost care. schedule times to pamper yourself and also check in with yourself.
taking care of your mind and body goes hand and hand.
for caring for your mind:
meditate, journal your thoughts down, do some yoga, connect to your religion/spirituality if you follow one, make affirmations for yourself that cater to your needs, practice gratitude.
for caring for your body:
create your own spa! indulge in a bubble bath or relaxing shower where you can use yummy scented body washes/soaps/exfoliators and body conditioners, do a hair mask, give yourself a manicure and pedicure, do your eyebrows, have a set skincare routine that is catered personally to your skin problems/goals, give yourself a head massage, wear matching or yummy scented lotions and perfumes, work out, try new delicious recipes and make sure you are eating good for your body.
hobbies !!
all of the girls had their own hobbies they were into! explore new hobbies or start the ones you’ve always been wanting to do but have been putting off! not only are they fun but they enhance your life! you get to learn more about yourself and find out possible hidden talents or grow new ones, you meet new people and make new friends too whether it’s you doing the actual hobby or running across someone who enjoys the same things that you do! some hobbies to consider:
any dance class: ballet, hip-hop, k-pop etc.
photography
any sport: tennis, ice skating, golfing, etc.
gardening
reading & writing
camping
crafting
blogging
cooking & baking
school and personal goals !!
one thing i love about the bratz is that they took their education seriously and helped each other whenever one of them needed the help. nothing is more fabulous than being educated and ambitious. you can do anything you put your mind to. 
create a study schedule for yourself and limit your distractions, when it’s time to study put your phone away and remove anything that you know will serve as a distraction to you, give yourself breaks from here and there too!
create a vision board! cut and paste pictures of things you want for your future onto a poster board or be creative and draw and color everything out! this is a great reminder everyday for yourself if you put it somewhere you’ll be able to see whenever you wake up or a spot in your room that you’re always looking at for example. (what you focus on grows!)
jot down all the things you want to do or improve on, whether thats creating good habits for yourself, learning a new language, etc.
have a passion for fashion !!

upgrading by recognizing your self worth!
- value and self worth go hand in hand with each other.
a wise woman once said “if you want to know what your self worth is like look at all the things you are tolerating in your life right now, this will show you what you think your value is, what your worth is and how you are undervaluing yourself.”
when you don’t know your value you will sell yourself short. ask yourself this question right now, where does your self worth come from and will your self worth change because of that if it were to disappear?
- your self worth should not be external, so it should not come from the opinion of others. the moment you allow that to happen what other people say about you becomes your reality. your self worth also shouldn’t be measured by your accomplishments or the things you are able to do. your self worth is not your physical appearance, how many followers you have, or how much money you make. you were worthy the day you were born, your self worth comes from your spirit it comes from connections to yourself. your self worth will show in the way you interact with people, the way you talk to yourself, and the way you treat yourself and other people. so make sure you are constantly reminding yourself just how amazing and precious you are.
- now your value. your value has to meet what you are settling for in life, so if you know you are amazing and have high value why are you settling for less? do not let other people bully you into having lower standards.
- do not lower your standards to make other people comfortable, when you leave room to do so people will take that opportunity to value you at ANY price and that’s what we don’t want when we know just how much we are worth. a wise woman also once said “louis vuitton does not go on sale. fendi does not go on sale. prada does not go on sale. why? because it costs what it costs.”
- boundaries and standards also show your value to others, when people come into your life and see no boundaries and standards they will treat you how you treat yourself. boundaries keep you safe don’t be afraid to make them. standards will also keep you happy if you obtain them.
