My stepmum almost likes this idea, or likes it but thinks it's a little 'inappropriate'.

Rather than putting my head between her legs (plus, she's short) she stands a little to the outside and presses her right thigh against my right shoulder, which keeps me from inching forward like I want to.

Other than that, though, she's very fond of this technique. I'd just say that there would be a lot more red in the 'V' at the base of the 'heart'!
