Hubble: find your workplace
Tushar Agarwal (@iamtoosh) was the guest in @LinkWest_ open panel that took place recently in the Petit Miracles Hub (Shepherd’s Bush) to discuss about startup scene and talk about his own one.
@HubbleHQ aims to be the online marketplace where small businesses and property owners meet to assure you’ll have the ideal workplace you need for your business. So, their focus is on co-working and shared offices within specific hubs in London that are perfect for a startup environment.
You, freelance, just search and check the space you want, ask for a viewing if wanted, and request to book the space. You, owner, consider if you accept or not, if accept, just apply online any contractual stuff required and that’s it.
Tushar, son of tech dad, was always involved in new things but finally ended up working in finance like the rest of proper math London citizens. Bored of doing so, joined Uber at the begging of UK operations which allowed him to get into the city tech scenario. It was soon after he joined the Entrepreneur First program which ended up building the whole Hubble concept.
The startup offers a marketplace to make it easier to drive trough the current London’s critical panorama in which startups and freelancers are finding really hard to get space at a reasonable cost. @courierpaper journal recently released an article detailing the race of rent costs and the difficulties that new businesses are facing.
Hubble takes 5% of the total monthly or annual rent.
