Horse and rider swimming in my tears as I cry over their lovely salty ruined gear
We ride bareback in saltwater every day.

Pride and Joy. Unknown
Another young horse on the beach! This tobiano was only four years old during the shoot and we all had a lot of fun trying to balance the black and white on the horse, as you don’t get them with more contrast than this! If you look closely you can see that Joy also has a ‘human-eye’, which because of the white at the sides resembles the eye of a human being more than that of a horse. Shot in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, with a Canon 600D and a Canon 55-250 lens.Â
Although it is the riders own choice and responsibility to ride without a helmet, I personally strongly discourage anyone getting on a horse without a helmet.
