I have finally draw my boy in his official adult outfit omg. I have drawn him as an adult, BUT it was never his official outfit. I was too lazy to design his official adult outfit so I just drew him in his child outfit/style but like, bigger. So all the art you see of him before this with Cecilia (another one of my OCs, and Hayate’s love interest) Hayate isn’t in his official outfit. I honestly can’t believe it took me this long, but I love how it’s turned out. I think he can see the small elements of his adoptive parents in his outfit and even in his mannerism
Xiaoven art I drew for chapter 12 of my Xiaoven High School AU fanfiction (“To Speak Into the Wind” by “BearFox_1022”. I’ll link it below!).
I love this fanfic a lot, I’ve been working on it for more than a year now. It’s surprising it took me this long to draw art for it, but chapter 12 was a big one, so I have a special urge to draw a scene from it. But if you don’t know, which probably a lot of people seeing this don’t, the fanfiction is a High School AU that focuses on Xiao and especially his relationship with Venti, but also others. It’s very emotion and relationship focused. You watch Xiao fall in love with Venti, but then watch as he slowly starts to realize how Venti isn’t the happiest person ever, like he originally thought. It starts out extremely fluffy, but as it goes on, it becomes very angst heavy. I like to say it’s a slow burn, but for the angst, not the relationship. Xiaoven isn’t a slow burn in this fic actually, even though it’s more than 60k words right now. Anyways, I love this fanfic sm, and I love Xiaoven so much

Technically this is a repost from last year. But last year I had kinda done an art collab with another artist, and I didn’t post this art on here. That artist I really don’t like anymore like so! I’ve decided to repost this art to kinda reclaim it? I’m sorry I didn’t draw anything new for Sunny this year, but every time I thought of this birthday I thought of the art I did last year and that artist and it just made me really unhappy. So I’m hoping by reclaiming this, next year I won’t feel sad about Sunny’s birthday and I’ll be able to draw something for him then <3
I’m so happy I got this done in time, it’s the last of the four sketches I was doing themed off of official drawings (I’ve done Xingqiu, Venti, Dahlia and now Kaveh!). I might start this again with another group of characters, because I love shading and like, analyzing their designs, it’s fun. Now I get to put the drawings up on my wall!

I can’t believe it’s been a year, I love this silly guy so so much. He deserves so so SO much more love than what he is given. I need people to appreciate him more. He is one of my favorite Genshin characters and is so dear to me. I even worked really hard to get his health to 50k so technically to use of his abilities is maxed, so I can get him out and use him sometimes and he won’t be like a drain on the team. I work hard for my four stars damnit, especially the ones I love so much like Dahlia
Oh and the art is themed off his drip marketing! Because when I originally started this art (technically it’s a set of arts, there was four that I did the bases of but didn’t finish. I did Xingqiu (which I finished and posted last year in December for his celebration of me having him for a year), then Venti (which I post two days ago for his birthday), then now Dahlia, and I will finish Kaveh’s for his birthday next month! Then I’ll put the arts on my wall) almost a year ago now, Dahlia really only had his drip marketing lol. If I didn’t already have a base, I probably would have themed the art off of his birthday art, because that one looks so fun to draw and shade. I just like shading, it’s why I did this in the first place, also to have physical art to hang on my wall

Aka, an official animation about Xiao actually that Venti shows up in, that I fucking adore. Even though it shows Xiao suffering, which isn’t fun. I love how Venti looks in this part, and I’m also a XiaoVen shipper so, yeah. Do not be surprised if next year for Xiao’s birthday it’s a sketch version of Xiao’s reaction to the scene I drew this year for Venti’s birthday, so they match. Like how last year’s birthday art I drew was Venti with Xiao’s hands in the picture then this year for Xiao’s birthday I drew Xiao with Venti’s hands in the picture. Idk how these two have become so inseparable in my mind, but whatever. XiaoVen is my life now… posting the tenth chapter in my almost year long 46k words fanfic I’m writing for the ship tomorrow btw (it’s called “To Speak Into the Wind” on my ao3 “BearFox_1022”. The fic is gonna be 54k words tomorrow haha)

Art of Dahlia, one of my favorite characters ever, for his birthday! His first birthday after becoming a playable character. I get to say I was here for his first officially celebrated birthday, it makes me so happy. I love him so so fucking much, my church boy. I am actually very proud of this art too. It’s so funny to look back on the first art I drew of him, more than a year ago now, and then this art. The first time I drew him was when I only had clips from the teaser for the next update, so I didn’t even know his entire design and had to guess on some parts. I also didn’t even fully know his personality yet, I remember posting the art on instagram and I like adding music to my posts on there, and just using a Mondstadt song because I had no clue what song actually fit him. This time when I went to post it for his birthday, I had so many songs to pick from (because I made him his own Spotify playlist now, which I’m listening to as I write this post out). It’s crazy to me, but makes me so happy. He’s still one of my FAVORITE Genshin characters, and one of my favorites of all time. Happy birthday again, to my bat boy
Adult art of my Genshin OC Olivier (the adopted son of Lionfish) because it’s his birthday (5/23)!!
I love him so much! In February I posted adult art of Hanwen for his birthday, and if you didn’t know Hanwen is Olivier’s boyfriend. So I wanted the boyfriends to match with their birthday posts, and so I can hopefully one day (when I get the energy and inspiration) I can draw them together as adults.
Anyways some interesting things about this art and Olivier’s design and story. If you’ve seen his first design, you know he used to cover a part of his face like Freminet (interesting fact, I did this on accident. I forgot Fremi did when I decided it for Olivier, so I’m sure I did it subconsciously. It’s cute though), but as an adult he doesn’t anymore, though sometimes he still purposely lets his hair fall in front of his face. This would show growth, but other details show how he really hasn’t grown past a lot of the things he struggled with. Like how he now wears gloves, which he used to not do. His body is fully covered, every inch of skin except for his face and a bit of neck. He stopped covering his face with his hair fully, but instead started wearing gloves. He doesn’t have as many episodes as he used to, but he has internalized a lot of it instead. He is trying to get better, for the people he loves, and even though he is in small ways, he isn’t with a lot of the big issues.
He still won’t let anyone but a select few people touch him, which means he refuses to go anywhere that is crowded. He won’t leave the house without being covered like I mentioned before. He still always has his penguin Gaming Jr. with him, but he keeps him because he still does have health issues where he has episodes which includes temporary amnesia, and Gaming Jr. has mechanisms purposely made for that. Gaming Jr. was also made by Freminet, and was made to look like Gaming (which is why he’s named Gaming Jr… he was made because Freminet and Gaming were originally in a long distance relationship, they were married, but Fremi was in the house of the hearth and lived in Fontaine, while Gaming lived in Liyue. Freminet adopted, or well took in Olivier and treated him as his child (he needed Gaming to visit before he officially adopted Olivier with him), in Fontaine. So for a while Olivier had never met his other parent, which worried Freminet that Olivier would have a bad reaction to meeting Gaming, so he made Gaming Jr. to hopefully get Olivier used to the concept of Gaming. Also to help take care of Olivier), so Olivier holds the penguin dear to him, similar to how attached Fremi is to Pers. I do love Freminet making a penguin similar to Pers for his son.
Oh and some other things are his outfit. Olivier actually lives in Liyue at this point in time, he moves there when he is 11. He doesn’t have much Liyue influence in his outfit though, which is because he still gets his clothes from Fontaine. When Olivier and Freminet moved to Liyue to live with Gaming, Olivier was told he wasn’t allowed to go back to Fontaine and Freminet can’t either. Which Olivier doesn’t understand, and still doesn’t understand at this point in time, but he trusts Freminet. To keep his connection to the place he was born, where he last saw his sister before she died, and where he was adopted by his parents, he still insists on getting clothes from there. Which his uncle and aunt (Lyney and Lynette) send him the clothes, which makes him a bit happier because he also can’t see them unless they visit which is rare. There are reasons for this, obviously, which includes Freminet’s connection to the house of the hearth (which he still technically a part of) and the conditions to why he was allowed to move. Olivier does have a bit of Liyue influences, like his hair, which interestingly the tassel hanging off one of the pins he’s had since he was little. It was gift from Gaming, and if you look at his original art, it used to hang off his hat.
Okay so I think that’s it for my lore dump on Olivier. I love him a lot, and there is so much to him, like his personality and his backstory. There are reasons he covers his skin, insists his hair to be long, won’t let people touch him, has episodes and all that. It’s tragic, and happened all before he met Freminet. A lot of it is somewhat explained in the fanfic I posted for him, and I’ll most likely post more fanfics for him (and Hanwen). I’ll link the fic below, which is part of a series that has fics for my other Genshin ship OCs, like an entire 23k word fic for Hanwen (the adopted son of Xingyun and Olivier’s boyfriend), two fics for Hayate (the adopted son of Kazuscara) and five fics for Cecilia (the biological son of Xiaoven). Traditional art because I reorganized my room so my art supplies is easy to get to and in one place, instead of thrown around my room. Also chibi because I original intended to draw my Mii of him that I have in Tomodachi life… but I haven’t draw him a long time and I had the urge to draw his robes from his younger days in the donghua. Then just my favorite fan of his to draw! I love him so much. I’ve missed him since I’ve been more focused on Genshin Impact content right now, but putting him (and Jiang Cheng, and Wei Wuxian, and Lan Wangji) on my Tomodachi life island has made me remember how much I love him, and all those characters.
Also SangCheng and WangXian is so cute, you should see them on my Tomodachi life island right now, both sets are married and just living their best lives. My favorite thing is the fact that I originally just had Wei Wuxian and Nie Huaisang, because I wanted them to be friends first, which… wasn’t working out for some reason. Then I added Jiang Cheng because I thought added him might help, so it’s was more like how they all became friends in canon. I had JC on there for less than five minutes, he knew no one, and the first time he saw NHS I got the crush cutscene. JC fell for NHS the moment he saw him, I was laughing so hard, and was so happy. I wanted them to get together at some point, but I wasn’t planning on pushing it at all for a while. JC had other plans. It did take a while for NHS to form a crush on JC, but seeing JC be so pathetic around NHS was so adorable. They got together soon after NHS finally got a crush on him, and got married like the next day. Then I finally added Lan Wangji, for WWX obviously, and I had them meet. The legit same day, LWG became friends with WWX and asked him to live with him, which WWX said yes. He then became friends with no one else, only hung around WWX or stayed in the house. I thought this was so funny, so I left him to do whatever. It took him I think five days to actually start going out and making friends. It also did not take long for those two to get married by the way. Yeah, sorry for the rant, I love this game
Dahlia/Illuga merman AU ship art to go with the fanfic I’ve been writing for them (link down below) and because it’s May (yk, mermay)!!
But yeah I love this ship a lot, and I’ve seen like no one shipping them. It’s funny, as I haven’t really ever shipped a rarepair that was actually rare to find people shipping them (I ship Lionfish but like, come on, a lot of people know that ship). They’re really cute and good together though. Writing them has been so fun. I just love couples where is just one being absolutely crazy and the other just like learns to embrace it and with that leans to enjoy life more. We have Illuga who I have decided is the definition of anxiety at this point and Dahlia who is just ADHD chaos, but through Dahlia just being himself Illuga learns to try to enjoy the moment and find the joy in the little things, also to ask for help, and let Dahlia just be there with and for him. Dahlia also learns to slow down. They’re just so cute, I could go on a entire rant about why they’re good together and why they work (because I have fun analyzing relationships to decide if I like them together, and so I can write them. I find this fun… it’s probably why I’m not a mulishipper really or ship quickly or have a lot a lot of ships. It’s just how I have fun with shipping) but I won’t, because that’s a little much. I will if someone actually wants me to, but I think just maybe reading my fic I’m working on and then hopefully the other stuff I will make with them will explain it in a more entertaining way.
Also I need a ship name for these two please. I refuse to do it because someone ruined it for me, and I would like to have a pleasant feeling associated with their ship name

I actually want to cry, I am so proud of this art. This is my first time drawing a Genshin character, in their original outfit, without giving up on certain details. I fully tried to do every single one of Xiao’s details in my art style, as close as I could. And I LOVE how it turned out. Xiao is one of my top three favorite Genshin characters, I adore him so much, and I’m so happy I could do him justice. He is gorgeous, and I really do think I captured just how beautiful he is. I also loved drawing those Qingxin flowers, I’m honestly obsessed with them, I have more than 200 in my inventory, which is partly because I have all the materials you need to level up Xiao in Genshin (you need 168 Qingxin flowers). Because, yes, I love Xiao but I do not have him in the game yet, but I do have everything I need to level him up to 90, crown all of his skills, level up his signature weapon all the way, and 340 wishes saved to guarantee him and his weapon. Oh and also all his preferred sets in the teapot. I’m not joking about this, I am that prepared, I just need his banner.
Also as I mentioned in my post two days ago, I actually got Venti as a playable character two days before Xiao’s birthday last year. I love Xiaoven so much, oh my god. I actually spent Xiao’s birthday doing his story quest while using Venti, and getting so excited just being like “look Xiao, it’s your husband, happy birthday!”. Also I did wait to do Xiao’s story quest for his birthday, because I was firstly less obsessed with him than I am now, and could wait and thought it would be fun to say I did it on his birthday. Now I would not be able to wait for Xiao content. It’s funny to think about how much I’ve learned to love him in this past year, that he is one of my top three favorite Genshin characters now. I did already love him a year ago, just a lot more now. I mean I did spend the entire chasm quest, that I’ve played more than a year ago now, just asking where Xiao was because he showed up for like a moment and I was like “NO, STAY”. Haha, I’m great.
Art of Venti for my year anniversary of getting him as a playable character, and a year anniversary of being a Venti main!!
I can’t believe I’ve had him, and have been able to be a Venti main, for a year. It’s been a crazy year, but I am very thankful that I have been able to get in the game every day to play with him. He was the reason I started playing Genshin, and the moment I started playing, on 12/21/24, my goal was get and main him. He was my first none standard 5-star (I did lose my 50/50 for him), and my third 5 star if you count the traveler. I went from 12/21/24 to 4/15/25 only saving and working for him, while enjoying the story line and new characters I was meeting of course. It was worth it. I love him, and I proud of the fact I get to be a Venti main.
The art is themed off of one of his outfits from the Gliding Manual Cutscene, that you see very early in the game. I picked it because I don’t see many people drawing him in it, and I remember how happy and excited I was when I did see him during that cutscene, more than a year ago by now. I was taking all the crumbs I could get before I had him, kinda like what I’m doing now with Xiao. I will get Xiao one day, I have everything I need, but his banner. Also, I will mention this again in two days from now, but I do find it so amazing that my Xiaoven loving ass got Venti two days before Xiao’s birthday. I spent Xiao’s birthday last year, running around as Venti, doing Xiao’s story quest, and taking pictures of them together. I will mention this again in two days when I post Xiao’s birthday art. Art of the cousins, my genshin OCs, Cecilia (the son of Xiaoven) & Hanwen (the son of Xingyun)!!
I actually love these two so much, it makes me want to cry. Basically they are cousins, in case anyone is wondering, because Xiao and Chongyun in my AU see each other as brothers. So they of course raise their children as cousins. I recently finished Hanwen’s adoption story, and that story explores Hanwen and Cecilia’s friendship. They don’t meet until Hanwen is seven (and still cursed) and Cecilia is six. The sad thing about them is they’ve never really met or made friends with kids their age before. Both for different reasons. So, they become each other’s first friends, and then best friends, really fast. Which is shown in the fanfic.
And by the way, in this art, Cecilia looks so surprised, because he made Hanwen laugh. Cecilia isn’t really used to making Hanwen happy, so he wasn’t prepared for the reaction. Cecilia was actually hugging Hanwen like this, because he didn’t want Hanwen to leave, and Hanwen had a very dramatic reaction to it. Hanwen was having fun, and Cecilia was legit just not wanting Hanwen to leave yet lol. They’re adorable, and oh… the not wanting Hanwen to leave is foreshadowing the future isn’t it, I hate when I accidentally do shit like this.

Adult art of my Genshin OC Hanwen (the adopted (yes ik he doesn’t look adopted, there is an entire story, not finished as of right now, for that on my Ao3 which I’ll link below) son of Xingyun) because it’s his birthday (2/22)!
I realized his birthday was coming up and I decided I wanted to show off how he looks as an adult, since I have only draw him as a child.
Some things I wanted to point out is his outfit is still heavily inspired by his parents, but now, unlike when he was younger, he has turned it more into his style and personality. There are reasons for why he tends to like to look like his parents, which are actually kind of sad and then kind of sweet. Him looking like his parents is a lot because he was scared if he didn’t, they wouldn’t see him as their kid anymore, so he wanted to look as much like their son as he could so there was no way to deny it. Then he also likes to represent them. Also I don’t know if anyone can tell but the tassel that hangs from Hanwen’s vision is a custom made one Xingqiu and Chongyun had made to look like a combination their’s, the ones they gifted each other years ago that hang by their own visions.
Then the hints towards his fighting styles! He is a polearm user. but is a four star, so I just drew him with a four star polearm from the game. He is a polearm user because when he was joining the Guhua Clan and everything, he realized that Xingqiu had learned the secret Guhua art “Rain Cutter” for the sword, and Hanwen realized there was another one called "Light Piercer", but for polearms. They had been trying to decide what weapon Hanwen would learn to use, mostly discussing the sword and claymore since those are what Xingqiu and Chongyun knew and could teach him. Hanwen came in and declared, seemingly randomly to his parents, that he wanted to learn the polearm. He didn’t tell them this, but he wanted to learn "Light Piercer", because he wanted to be like his father (Xingqiu), but also wanted to impress him and create his own legacy in the clan. He does end up learning "Light Piercer", and though his parents do try to help while teaching him the polearm, Hanwen is taught mostly by Xiao and Shenhe, and the Guhua Clan. His style ends up being heavily Guhua clan inspired with a little bit of Xiao and Shenhe’s techniques, and then later on when Chongyun starts teaching about being an exorcist and those techniques, Hanwen incorporates them. He is able to use the techniques of the Guhua Clan and Chongyun’s clan. Which his exorcist abilities is shown in this art with him holding one his own exorcist talismans.

Art of Cecilia (my genshin OC & the son of Xiaoven) because today is his birthday (1/25)!!!
This is art of him as a child, before he was able to hide his wings magically. I’m a bit obsessed with his wings. It is also inspired by a part of a fanfic I wrote and posted for him, it talks about how his shirt was made specially for the fact he can’t take away his wings magically. It also talks about how the area around his wings will get red and painful, so if you look close the area around his winds is irritated. Then how he tends to hide how much pain he is in when in front of Venti, he will do anything, even clutching his hand so tightly together he starts bleeding (which is what is happening in this art) to make sure he doesn’t show his pain to his father.
Anyways I love Cecilia so so much, and so happy birthday, my baby boy, I’m sorry I’ve traumatized you and your family so much.
