i hate sex. i hate being touched in inappropriate ways. i hate being kissed. i hate being told sexual things. i hate feeling sexually desired. i hate when he stands behind me and i can feel that he’s aroused on my back. it makes me sick. i go home and force vomit out to try and purge the disgust and shame out of me. i cut my skin because it’s what i deserve for how repulsive i behave. i want to be hit for being awful. i deserve nothing good because i am terrible. my body itches all over from being touched or leered at. i want to hide away from every man that i’ve allowed to violate me even if they’ve only done it in their head, i hate being thought of and pictured that way, i feel so defiled. i hate being seen by people who know that i’m dirty. it all makes me want to die. i feel like i can’t love anyone because they are going to want those things and i just can’t do it without wanting to die in the end.

i wish i could be with him in secret and nobody would know about it. i feel so ashamed. i don’t like that he talks about me to people because i don’t like the thought of them thinking about me and thinking negative things or saying negative things. i was stood with him and his friends came up to us and started teasing him about his crush on me and i hated it, nobody said anything bad about me but i still hated it i felt so embarrassed and wanted to push him away and hide. i hated seeing him again after finding out he liked me because all i can think about is how the more he sees me and the more he knows about me the less he’s going to like me and he’ll end up not liking me at all. the thought of people seeing that happen also terrifies me and makes me feel sick and humiliated. i hate myself so much and i’m so scared of someone coming to see all of the things that i hate about myself and agreeing with them and leaving me humiliated. and i’m embarrassed at how childish i am about this whole thing even though i’m now an adult, i shouldn’t still be so embarrassingly insecure.

i hate when my friends make me feel like i’m a slut. i feel worthless and lonely and i hate everything about myself, of course i look for comfort in people who make me feel like they care even though i always know that they’re lying. i already hate myself enough for being like this i don’t need to feel judged by other people for it too, i want to die already.

one of my friends gave the other a weird look while i was speaking yesterday and it’s gotten to me so much thinking that they’re mad at something i’ve done or that they don’t like me anymore or that they’ve been talking behind my back that i’m sat on my bedroom floor crying my eyes out with my blades out next to me not knowing whether i want to give in and relapse or try going for longer but it’s so hard when all you want to do is just hurt yourself as badly as you can. i’m just writing as a way of calming myself down, usually if i keep doing this for long enough i calm down enough to be able to think a bit more clearly about things and feel stronger enough to put them away and just go back and cry it out in bed. my chest feels so heavy and like theres something stabbing me and my throat feels like it’s closing up. my legs are shaking a lot and so are my hands and my head. i hope that i’m only overthinking things. i think i just get more upset by little things than i should. i just care a lot about what my friends think of me. most people were mean to me for most of my life so when i start to feel like my friends don’t like me either i panic a lot i think i’m very insecure when it comes to my relationships with people i just always think that people are lying to me and that they are trying to get my guard down so that they can bully me. i don’t know. i think i should just get back into bed and put something on my tv and let myself cry now.
