cc ideas for working class sims (add yr own pls)
- a chair in the bedroom that is piled with clothes not dirty enough to be washed but clean enough to be worn again
- a plastic bag full of other plastic bags
- sofas and chairs that are a little scratched up by the cat
- layered rugs that are 3d a bit messed up (actually i’ll just make this now)
- sink full of dishes and a shitty dish rack
- normal sofas and not like rich people furniture that looks like playground equipment
-a rack full of disheveled shoes and a pair of adidas slippers u wear to go get groceries or get the mail
-a rack for the back of the bathroom door that has stuff on it
-an out of control bathroom sink with tons of face products on it.

7 Deadly Sins: A Nightmare Legacy Challenge
Hey guys! 💕 So I had an idea for a legacy challenge that I will be starting soon and I thought I would share it with you guys in case anyone else wanted to give it a go!

Gen 1 - Lust The founder must have the Romantic trait & the Serial Romantic aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the founder whilst you must also:
Max the fitness skill
Have at least 3 children with 3 different sims
Date multiple sims but ultimately have at least one of your s/o’s living with you on your home lot. (you can live with them all if you want to!)
Gen 2 - Gluttony The heir must have the Glutton trait & the Party Animal aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the heir whilst you must also:
Max the mixology skill
Have at least 1 child from a one night stand after a party
Find and marry a partner to carry on the family lineage.
Gen 3 - Greed The heir must have the Materialistic trait & the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the heir whilst you must also:
Max the Gourmet Cooking skill
Own at least 1 instrument and 1 electronic device worth over 1000 Simoleons
Find and marry a partner to carry on the family lineage.
Gen 4 - Sloth The heir must have the Slob trait & the Beach Life (or Chief of Mischief if you don't have Island Living) aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the heir whilst you must also:
Max the Video Gaming skill
Have had and been fired from at least 2 jobs (from missing work)
Find and marry a partner to carry on the family lineage.
Gen 5 - Wrath The heir must have the Hot-Headed trait & the Public Enemy aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the heir whilst you must also:
Max the mischief skill
Have at least 10 fights during the life-span of the sim.
Find, marry and keep a partner to carry on the family lineage.
Gen 6 - Envy The heir must have the Jealous trait & the Friend of the World aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the heir whilst you must also:
Max the charisma skill
Have at least 10 friends, 5 good friends and 1 best friend
Find and marry a partner to carry on the family lineage.
Gen 7 - Pride The heir must have the Self-Absorbed trait & the World-Famous Celebrity (or Musical Genius if you don't have Get-Famous) aspiration. Other traits must be randomised. You must complete as much of the aspiration as possible during the lifespan of the heir whilst you must also:
Max the guitar skill
Have a house worth at least 150,000 Simoleons
End the challenge with at least 2 toddlers or children with skills maxed.

Things the Sims 4 Community Can Do About Paywalls...A Post...
[This is going to be a bit long, so you may want to save it and read it when you have time, or just…you know, buckle in.]
I thought I would ring in the new year by talking about something that I feel we as a community need to finally decide on. (It’s been debated since 2017 or so, and it’s now 2021…) I’d like, if possible, to try to suggest some real solutions and choices that we can make that will hopefully create a better and more honest community out of all of us. Now I would like to start by making some postulates. In geometry, postulates are facts that do not need proven with a mathematical proof. They are assumed to be true. Thomas Jefferson and the founding fathers would call these “Self-Evident Truths”. I would like to use these as a bit of a basis for my arguments.
Truth: The Sims 4 has been enough of a cash cow for EA. If you buy the base game ($40) plus all expansion packs (40 each x 10) + all game packs (20 each x 9) + all stuff packs (10 each x 17) you would come to a total of seven hundred and 90 dollars ($790) plus tax. This is of course, without sales, bundling, etc, which many people DO take advantage of, but STILL. That is a TON of money for EA’s pockets. EA makes a majority of its money on the fact that the Sims 4 is an “incomplete game”. It “completes” the game further and further by adding more “expansions” to the game to the point that it seems almost useless to buy the base game alone without adding to it.
Even with sales and other things, it’s easy to spend over $500 dollars on the sims 4 game + expansions. Still a lot of cash for a game that is years old. This is just money that is spent on the game that goes to EA. This does not account for: * Money spent to buy a new computer because your old one wouldn’t run the sims. * Money spent supporting CC artists who have donations open or early access. * Money spent on access to sites that have ads/paywalls/exclusive sims 4 CC such as Leosims, etc. (Which are the problem, frankly)
We should be able to respect the fact that a majority of us paid a hefty amount for this game. It is unfair, and frankly greedy to REQUIRE people to pay MORE just to unlock or gain access to specific user created content.
I am not talking about a VOLUNTARY support or donation because they like what you offer. I am talking about FORCING people to pay if they want to ever be able to use the CC or mod you offer.
Now, the typical defense for this is “Well, I’m an artist! I spend time/effort/etc working hard on these meshes, the code, etc to make this content!” Which leads me to point #2.

✨🌿🌊 “The Mermaid Cottage” 🌊🌿✨
A one bedroom, one bathroom, small cottage made comfortably next to the beach in Brindleton Bay.
This small home was made for Planet Honeypop’s discord server exchange. The theme for this one was making “a home for a supernatural being” and since the receiver was @simblrbreezycakes i decided to try my hand at making a mermaid’s home! This house is 100% inspired on a real life cottage of the same name, which you can find here.
These pics are not edited aside of using reshade, which turned the pool lights into looking quite white, but in game all of them have an assigned color. The shower has a steam and bubbles effect which is very nice for a mermaid.
Also i ended up making some cc pieces for this house exclusively, which are included in the download but will be released soon. Beware, this home is cc heavy as well 🤐 Please remember to use the cheat bb.moveobjects on before placing. And if you take any pics PLEASE tag me i’d love to see it :D

Meet Willa and Viola
I cleaned out my CC! Cut the number of files in half so I don’t get LEs every five minutes.
But trust me, there will still be CC glitches cause I'm a CC junkie that gets lots of disturbing surprises. So follow my girls Willa and Viola as they attempt to adult.
This is Willa in CAS (eyelashes are glitching but I wanted you to see her beautimas face)
She's a crazy hippy chick who is anti shoes and pro orgy -erh... I mean large parties. But fun fact: she is always happy and someone you want to be around. Except when she forgets her meds. Let's just say her memory *sing-songy* SU-UCKS! She's kind of a mess but she is very pro nature and wants to grow her own glorious garden. The shabby house her and her roommate bought is just perfect for her big plans and gives the girls each their own place.
Viola, on the other hand, is more level headed. Even though she is more of an eggshell and lavender person versus her acid trip rainbow roomie, she's still is a pretty cool dame. But unfortunately, she's a little uptight and squeamish. Everything that isn't perfect makes her gag... But this comes in handy as she dreams of being a World Famous chef. And being famous won't hurt too much either. Hopefully, her friendship with Willa will do more good than harm. Wish her (and me) luck.
After spending far too much cash on a house the girls set up with two beds, a pile of useless books, a fairly empty kitchen, and a bathroom.
They went to the library to get a cooking book and a job for Vi. Willa on the other hand spent the whole time trying to convince her that talking in the library is great since the books make great echoes... Beetlejuice librarian was not impressed.
Finally, once they got home the welcome gang showed. Three Fyres and Ulrike Faust showed up with the traditional welcome fruit cake. Viola sent it straight to the trash. Willa greeted everyone in a friendly manner and all was well until she started getting "vibes" from Dominic. Obviously, she sent some back. Needless to say, Moira was not having it. Willa reacted by thanking her for coming! How considerate!
Meanwhile, a slightly more conserved Vi decided Siobhan would make a good friend and promptly followed her to the bathroom. Way to be neighborly, Vi!
After the party was over it meant bedtime (or cry yourself to sleep time for an oddly emotional Willa.)
Excited to finally have met someone cool, Vi, decided the first she should do when she woke up was work on her fame game and hit up with one her new fans, I mean... Friends.
