Governor: Pennsylvania won’t appeal same-sex marriage ruling

AP: Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett said Wednesday that he won’t appeal a court decision striking down the state’s ban on same-sex marriage.

The decision eliminates the threat that a higher court will reinstate the ban and makes Pennsylvania the 19th state to recognize same-sex marriage.
