I feel like Izuku and Ochako themselves both have different opinions/goals about the wanting more.
For Ocha I understood it as her way to honor what Himiko wanted for her, and also a way to give something to Himiko somehow. Himiko lived and loved how she wanted, so she should too, and Izuku is the first person that comes to mind of course. Himiko and Ochako did share a "love" for Izuku after all, it's what helped them connect to each other.
While for Izuku. He just got his hero suit, and is a hero again so it probably feels like life just resumed again. Also with Katsuki's words of encouragement (in the car) I feel like this is Izuku's first step into resuming his life. Since Ochako was the first person who he met and befriended, it makes sense that he also takes his first steps in resuming life towards her. She is (one of) his hero.
Izuku and Ochako's friendship is special because they have been one of each other's biggest inspirations towards being a hero. Izuku became Ochako's symbol in a way. She wanted to be like him, while Ochako was the first person to give Izuku a push.
Them gravitating towards each other for their first steps in figuring out life makes sense.
Katsuki and his relationship with Izuku is far too complicated for Izuku to figure out his feelings about their whole thing just when life is starting to move again for Izuku. Just like their friendship...they have or well...Izuku has to slowly get there.
I'm a dkbkdk fan so ofc I think that they have feelings for one another, but like everything with them, it's complicated and will take time. Izuku will probably have to fuck around and find out before they finally get there.
While Ochako has her own complicated thing going on. She needs time to figure out what she truly feels about Himiko. And figuring that out also means understanding herself more and all that complicated stuff about her sexuality, her feelings for Izuku in UA, etc etc...basically the whole queer experience package. And it's gonna be harder for her cause well...the girl she's inlove with is...not around anymore.
The only way that Ochako feels close to Himiko right now is that "love" they share. Ochako also wanting more with Izuku is her way to have more with Himiko in some type of way.
She probably dreams about Himiko and they talk about love there.

I don't dislike any ships, but ofc I have my faves. And to me Izuku and Ocha are so much better as platonic. It benefits their characters more if what they have is platonic love. It feels more heroic that they did everything they did for each other because they are friends. Izuku and Ochako's friendship means so much to me.
Not every close male-female friendships need to be romantic. Let them be just friendsss.

So in the new opening there’s a snip where Izuku is running pass all his friends and this snip goes by pretty quickly but by the end where Izuku gives Uraraka a high five that snip goes by so quickly like a literal blink of an eye but after he high fives Uraraka it’s Katsuki at the end and he’s giving Izuku a push
KATSUKI IS LITERALLY PUSHING IZUKU! 🥹 HIS WHOLE HAND IS ON IZUKU’S BACK
Katsuki is helping Izuku move forward / pushing Izuku into the future
Katsuki, who claimed he was going to surpass All Might and Izuku, and yet we see him pushing Izuku forward
