Do you support DSP/funamusea’ ideals? Because they’re kinda known to glorify and fetishize r4pe, inc3st and s3xual abuse as well as physical abuse

I've been thinking about this blog and its fate , and thinking about the morality behind its existence too.

My stance on this is as follows: I don't like nor wish to promote the ideas (those you mentioned) the creator (DSP) has in their canon art. It does make me feel guilt because I feel like I'm rewriting other person's (DSP) hard work, but I do so because I cannot accept the problematic parts of canon.

I don't support the issues you listed , and i dont draw it, with the exception of maybe physical violence and blood - but I dont draw gore or abuse.

Personal reasons aside, I want to be sensible and respectful to people who struggle or get triggered by these topics, so I specifically avoid them and I even welcome tips or suggestions on how to make my stuff safer

I mostly pay attention to myself and what I make, I try not to have much of opinion on DSP. The reason I am in this fandom is mostly because I am attached to the designs of the characters and to the old rpg horror times. Also ppl in here are really nice (in my experience)

You don't have to support me btw, it's okay to just do whatever you want to

I think the gist of my blog is:

AUs - where problematic characters are nicer and triggering topics are removed or toned down. + nice characters can get some evil changes for fun but again triggering ideas not present

canon - the nice characters could be drawn canonically (?); or random meme drawings-

edginess and aggressive art (teeth, glare, violent aura, blood) is not excluded though

I cant tell if i happen to support Funamusea by only just existing in the fandom, but I hope i dont promote the bad things by drawing their characters

My friend and I were the ones who asked you to draw Wodasulli, but 3 days ago she blocked me on EVERYTHING because of a fight with another friend of ours, and it ended up affecting me, and I'm very upset, especially when I see your drawings! i love your au so soso so much and all your ice scream stuff the way you characterize idate and i love your take on rock/idate and shirogane/idate all of it is so so interesting....... The way you write character interactions too is just so chefs kiss its like the level i hope to achieve someday

I just found your blog and scrolled through it so I am aware of your stance on Funamusea as an artist and the elephant in the room and as a fan of her works and OCs since 2014 seeing your take on her characters is such a nice change of pace compared to her All Edge With No Substance approach. She's of course allowed to do whatever she wants with her own characters and I know you're not trying to "replace" her and what she does but it does feel nice to see her designs actually be put to better use if you catch my drift? With Ice Scream it especially hurts because that whole thing is all wasted potential and I love the characters in that story especially Shirogane. That being said your portrayal of Idate is much more interesting than anything Funa ever puts out.

I'm very thankful that you like the silly things I post (once in a blue moon-) even if its too ooc at times, I hope you are okay though and my prolonged absense doesnt affect you or anyone else here

Shirogane is a nice character with potential and relatable sturggles that would be really fun to explore and connect to, I like ice scream characters too and their designs

Even though I am not comfortable with taboo things that are present in the source material I think funamu sea is good at portraying the struggles of characters and their emotional turmoil under effect of their trauma/ abuse, outside of pure guro aspect- so i dont want to be arrogant and dont want to agree with your opinion entirely, I am just honored you think so highly of what i posted here

I have a little anxiety over possibly being found by funamu sea or my stuff spreading outside of this corner, and i enjoy being in a small space with small group of ppl reading my things. I dont want to face misunderstanding that im trying to rewrite her characters, especially knowing her struggles (it wasnt directed at you, anon, i mean in general), i dont wish to make it worse; however i heard she said its ok as long as people dont claim it's canon
