Waiting for Beehive
With all the bullshit in the world, it's easy to forget what a beautiful, magical place our planet is, and how much beauty is out there.
I love to travel and take photos of that world, and I am privileged in the fact that I have opportunities to do it. The majority of photos here are of US National Parks, with an emphasis on Yellowstone National Park, thanks to my obsession with geysers and thermal features. I'm slowly learning astral/milky way photography.
Every photo here was shot by me, unless otherwise indicated. Nothing is AI-generated, though most images have been adjusted in Lightroom.
Why beehives-indicator?
Beehive's Indicator is a small geyser located next to its namesake, Beehive, an unpredictable but regularly performing geyser in Yellowstone's Upper Geyser Basin. When Beehive's Indicator begins an eruption cycle, Beehive itself is usually not far behind, and it's a stunning geyser to watch:

I've only seen Beehive erupt via webcam. Watching an eruption in person is on my bucket list, hopefully one I can check off this fall.
Enjoy the photos!
