So, since I'm so close to reaching my goal now, I've been stuffing myself like CRAZY any chance I get. All of my most recent meals have been 3000 plus calories. I eat something salty and savory, then ALWAYS something sweet. Can't forget about dessert, lol. But I basically eat myself until my gut can't hold anymore. It becomes incredibly taut and sometimes makes it hard to breathe. And chugging soda after everything just adds to swollenness. Doing this helps increase my stomach capacity, and it's what also causes my gut to stick out far and look so round too. My recent gains have been INSANE, like roughly 25lbs in 2 months, and it's all been going to my gut and ass. I can't hide it anymore. I be looking so swollen at work, and I let my gut stick out bc it started getting harder to suck it in, and I've also outgrown almost all my work pants and shirts. I literally only got like 2 pairs of each, and I'm outgrowing those ones fast, too. It's ridiculous, honestly, that I let it get this bad. I'm such a bad pig, I need to be punished with more food till I'm pinned to my bed for the rest of the day😩.
