yes!!! this!!!! you can also find roms/isos/cias of all kinds on archive.org as well! (this is where most wii u isos are situated i think?)

however, i would not recommend using emulators on old 3ds models (original 3ds, 3ds xl, 2ds) as they don’t run very well ^^;; instead, hshop has cias of roms that you can use to directly install those roms to your home menu and they work great! this is because they’re based off nintendo’s official virtual console emulators, which include but are not limited to all 3 main gameboys, game gear and nes! for new 3ds models i don’t think this matters as much but if you’d rather have your games right there then this is the better option!
