Snakepaw: protagonist, desperately wants to solve berrybranch's murder and find who hurt his brother! loves his boyfriends, beetlepaw and thrushpaw. loud!!!!!! but eventually mellows out. (Shadowclan)

Rainpaw: shy scared medicine cat. who hurt him???? loves everyone unconditionally but has a hard time showing it. eventually becomes more outgoing and proud (Shadowclan)
