Some initial thoughts:

- it’s surprisingly comfortable; not just that it doesn’t pinch but it actually feels good - the waistband feels more restrictive than it actually is - the penis tube pushes a bit against the trousers if you’re sitting very casually - the waist band gets notably tighter after eating :-D

After wearing it for nine hours (and still wearing it) I like it very much.
